Yes as you mentioned KYC is always going to be a point of contention in the space however we want to be able to follow the expectations of the regulator and provide the best possible experience to customers, for that reason we are going to ensure we stay above board when it comes to these requirements.
KYC will always be a matter of debate, companies have no power to circumvent KYC regulations. This is indeed quite difficult for most forum members to accept. So far, we haven't found a solution to avoid KYC for personal data to anticipate AML issues. However, as long as minimum KYC standards, such as name and email, are met, it's sufficient for small withdrawals to be accepted, several provider allow this, Does Gamblr also have similar requirements? No - our license requires us to collect more than just a name and email unfortunately - we collect an ID document and a proof of address, and we do a liveness check on sumsub.

So, If I play without KYC this means that it is unregulated?
It depends on where a casino is located and licensed. You can use casinos without KYC but it does not means those casinos are unregulated. Policies and regulations on gambling, casinos as well as KYC and AML can be different country by country, not the same in all nations. This casino is KYC mandatory as they stated in some answers so far. If you want to use Gamblr.io casino, KYC before using it. Yes we have KYC as part of our compliance with the regulator, we also ensure that bettors are paid out and we offer a trustworthy service.
In this answer, you can see that Gamblr.io has a license that requires the business to obey to existing KYC and AML in compliance with their regulator. Yes as you mentioned KYC is always going to be a point of contention in the space however we want to be able to follow the expectations of the regulator and provide the best possible experience to customers, for that reason we are going to ensure we stay above board when it comes to these requirements.

Welcome to Bitcointalk, Gamblr.io! I just visited your website on my phone and, to be honest, I didn’t quite like the color scheme. For some reason, it didn’t seem very appealing. Maybe it’s just my taste! Gamblr… I don’t know why but the name rings a bell! Sorry, but for how long have you been operating and do you have an other announcement thread on this forum? I’m curious because the name of your casino seems familiar to me.
Hey Khaled, Let us know if you have any more specific feedback about the design. We have been in operation since April and this is the first time we have been on the forum! Thanks for the feedback really appreciate it. The trend today is that online crypto casinos and bookies are already licensed
It’s not really a trend but more of a necessity. In these days, you can’t start a business (be it a casino or anything rlse) without acsuiring a license in order to operate legally. Casinos and other service providers consider it a priority to get a license not only because they want to be in compliance with regulators but also to gain customers’ trust. When it comes to KYC, things may differ from one casino to another. Some may enforce identity verification for all their customers while others may be a little bit more lenient and only request it when it’s really needed like when withdrawing a large amount of money or if they suspect any suspicious activity related to one of their customers. I sometimes wonder how somethings/issues just stick to a new brand and similar issues have almost no impact for a reputed casinos. KYC or no KYC reputation beats everything. One of the largest online casino requires a mandatory KYC and you will not find any single post regarding KYC on their thread. Even when they made it compulsory players did not discuss it much. IMO everything is a 10 times bigger issuer for a new brand because of unestablished credibility. This makes sense, developing that loyalty and trust is always difficult for any brand in any industry. We hope to do right by our users and in turn be seen as a trustworthy and respectful brand.

Hey Panjul, This is great feedback really appreciate it. It is not actually a bug in the platform it is just a google form for the VIP transfer so we can easily amend. Will sort it ASAP. If you are interested in VIP transfer please DM and I will assist. Thanks! I was just curious about the process of the VIP transfer, sorry to say that I'm not that interested since I cant find something interesting in the VIP Transfer program after I read the information and terms of your VIP transfer program. The mandatory KYC makes me less interested as I still prefer to play in casino with non mandatory KYC rules. Anyway, good luck with your casino, hope you can compete with the other casinos out there because it wont be easy for new casino to survive in the industry. If you wish to discuss the VIP transfer program in more detail and what you would be looking for please reach out via DM. I was just curious about the process of the VIP transfer, sorry to say that I'm not that interested since I cant find something interesting in the VIP Transfer program after I read the information and terms of your VIP transfer program.
They have to consider many things so perhaps what they provide is considered as best for their business at the moment but rss can be assessed and they can modify their VIP transfer program and benefit for users too. The mandatory KYC makes me less interested as I still prefer to play in casino with non mandatory KYC rules. Anyway, good luck with your casino, hope you can compete with the other casinos out there because it wont be easy for new casino to survive in the industry.
You are right to be careful with KYC and in the times with available casinos without mandatory KYC, you have options to choose. It is good choice at the present for your privacy but government can tight their policies and regulations very quickly. In the near future, there will less companies that can provide online services to users without KYC. KYC makes Gamblr less attractive with many potential users but if it is related to license, they can not do anything else rather than complying with existing regulations. Yes we have KYC as part of our compliance with the regulator, we also ensure that bettors are paid out and we offer a trustworthy service. snip
This is the standard procedure to all the casino that has licensed and requires KYC for user at some point. Of course your funds will be freeze and hold until your account was KYC verified or else there’s no sense to require KYC if players balance was already withdrawn. All casino that has licensed to operate same to this one will surely ask KYC in the future. Yes funds can be freezed on the grounds as initially captured but I hope it would be released as stated on the ToS because some casinos do not bother releasing back deposits by the player on grounds as captured initially and that has been the bone of contention between some casinos and players who registered on their platform and seeing this particular paragraph of their ToS as captured in my previous post makes me curious if they would stand by their words as stated on their ToS. We will always release initial deposit back to the user in these circumstances. First of all, welcome to the Bitcointalk forum! It's really great to see that you acknowledge the fact about the shady behaviours of some casinos, that they impose unfair kyc as well as not paying (not everyone acknowledges that), and also that you have been a big fan of this forum and want to contribute here! So I really wish you luck for your forum journey here and that your promotions may be a success and that your business blooms. Before I finish, will users be able to submit their kyc info any times? I mean like right after registration? Thanks for your welcome. Yes as long as KYC is completed prior to withdrawal it can be done at any time.

Yes due to our license all withdrawals require KYC.
It is sad to hear that KYC is mandatory in your platform—yes, we can play before passing KYC but if withdrawal is locked, I consider KYC mandatory in that case. I did notice you have the Anjouan Gaming license, and I know plenty of other casinos with the same license but have no-mandatory KYC—provided everything is normal, a player can withdraw without passing KYC. For curiousity's sake, what is the difference between your casino, and other platforms? are there other aspects at play? Hey mate, I am unsure what other Casino's do in this regard however our license requires KYC to ensure we meet regulatory requirements and so we enforce KYC as part of your product. Yes due to our license all withdrawals require KYC.
Many reputable casinos require mandatory KYC so it is not a problem (ok it is but that big lol) in my opinion. I suggested you to change the reward Crediton structure so that you can have more detailed feedback, 10 spins are not going to give you any valuable feedback about the overall experience. I can see that you have already locked in with one reputed CM so I guess there are some BTT exclusive contests coming soon along with a signature campaign. Thanks for this feedback we will look into how we can before reward users to ensure valuable feedback moving forward. I deposited $800 and received a $800 bonus, but unfortunately I do not recommend this company, it looks like a one-man project and a ghost casino, live chat never responds, there is no email address provided to contact support
win from bet from the bonus balance has not been added to my account, I don't see it, unfortunately it is impossible to find out anything because the support seems to be non-existent there, no response to the live chat.
To me it definitely doesn't look like a VIP casino, but rather a Zombie casino.
I wrote in the live chat maybe 10 times at different times of the day and only received a reply once, after that unfortunately no one was in the chat.
Hey Tyraxx I apologise you had a bad experience. From what we can see you opened multiple chats in a very short space of time and were responded to numerous times. You had one issue where a bet did not settle immediately after the result however a few minutes later it settled. If you open 10 support tickets with the same question you are likely to get one response. I can assure you we are not a one man project and our live chat is monitored around the clock. We however take the feedback on board and hope to provide a better experience for you in the future.

My playing experience at gamblr is quite satisfying, I have tried playing slots and aviator, and I have not experienced any problems at all, what makes me less fond of gamblr is that withdrawals require us to complete KYC, honestly I object to giving it I will spend all my balance -snip
Yeah, it was clearly stated on their Terms and Conditions that KYC will be required when withdrawing and additional verificaltion if the withdrawal exceeds 5,000USD. The requirement of giving out your full name when registering your account should have been an indication that they would want you to do KYC. as i see, they don't set a minimum withdrawal amount, i want to make a withdrawal of $11 gambrl requires kyc, so i just ignore the $11 balance and have spent it all, can gamblr answer this? does withdrawal require KYC? no matter what the amount is Hey Vanesha. Hope you enjoyed your free spins! Yes due to our license all withdrawals require KYC.

I'm curious about the VIP program so I gave it a try but it seems to be complicated even on the first steps of the transfer process. Firstly, you ask which is the best way for your manager to contact player and player can choose 1 out of 4 options (Telegram, Discord, Twitter, Email). Strangely, if I chose Telegram then I have to inform my telegram account but after that I still have to fill my discord account, twitter and email. If I chose Discord, I dont need to inform my Telegram but I still have to inform my twitter and email. If I chose Twitter, I need to inform my Twitter account and email only. If I chose email, only email is required to go to next step of the transfer process. You need to fix it since I believe there is something wrong as what I explained above.

Welcome to the forum
I'm interested in sports betting, and the appearance is quite different. I need to test Gamblr, but before that, is the bonus still available? I see no one has commented on receiving the rewards yet. A little honest feedback would make me trust them and make a deposit to test Gamblr thoroughly.
Hey Vanesh, The first rewards have been distributed to those that DM'd the account. The matched deposit promotion is also live on site. In recent years we’ve seen the rise of many shady operators in the sportsbook and casino space - whether its imposing after the fact KYC requirements, making excuses up to not pay out or simply outright rugging, and we want to change that with Gamblr with a trustworthy VIP focused sportsbook and casino.
We've seen many shady behaviors in different casinos and sportbooks in the space where a player will win huge amount and suddenly casino site won't will come with restrictions saying such player violate rules and regulations using VPN operating from restricted regions, kyc can't be verified because of reasons best known to them, players under 18 and all sorts of silly excuses to not paying the user. I hope you are different in your operations, KYC completion before withdrawals, no denying players of their won tickets. Anyway, welcome to the forum, stay and dominate here. Hey, thanks for reaching out. We ensure that we payout all users. If there is a problem with the mentioned clauses then we will allow a complete withdrawal of the initial deposit and void all action in line with regulation. This ensures players still receive their initial find. Welcome to the forum GAMBLR.
Sports betting I've always been my thing in the gambling world. In due time, Ill check out how flexible or high the odds are on the platform, hoping to bet on the Premier League during the weekend. In the meantime, I've created an account on the platform. See ya later.
Hey Agbamoni, We aim to be industry best prices for major events and have boosts and bet builders available for a number of tier 1 matches! First of all welcome to this amazing forum. I can see that you have already bought a copper membership which is a right step in the right direction. The next step should be to hire a reputed campaign manager and run a signature campaign. You might also consider doing some BTT exclusive contests like almost every other casino is doing here. I can see that you are offering $10 which is such a nice gesture on your part but if I might suggest that let the user decide on how to spend that $10. You are offering 10 spins on a single slot which might not allow user to experience your platform in more details. I wish you all the luck for you the success of your brand.
Thanks for this feedback, we are speaking with a campaign manager and look forward to having a presence on the forum. Hello all, my name is Gareth, I am the co-founder and CEO of Gamblr. I’ve been in the crypto space myself since 2013 and always been a big fan of the forum and now finally have something to contribute here...
...We will be running a campaign on the forum however for the time being wanted to get thoughts and feedback from the community here about your experience and answer any questions about the product. ...
...We are running a matched deposit bonus of up to $5000 at the moment however I would also like to offer 10 $1 free spins to the first 100 newly registered users who DM me with their Gamblr username and give us some constructive feedback or ideas about the platform.... Hello Gareth, Welcome to the forum! I can predict that you are already familiar with this forum, or you are already in contact with a campaign manager who helped you understand it. It is good to know that you are a big fan of the forum and want to bring something different to the community. Most casinos actually come with a lot of promises, but later fade away due to abuses or bankroll issues. Since you said you will be running a campaign on the forum, I am curious to know if you are already in contact with a campaign manager. If so, I wish you good luck with the campaign. But if you have yet to find a campaign manager, feel free to contact me here or via Telegram. Hey mate, we are in touch with a campaign manager but appreciate the offer and may be in touch in the future. Happy to have you in our community here. I gave Gamblr a try recently and overall I’m quite happy with it What I like most is that payments can be done with crypto which makes things much easier for me.The site itself runs fine but I think navigation and design could be polished a bit more.
Have you got any specific advice on this? Thanks for this feedback. The ANN should be fixed now please let us know if there is an issue remaining?
we use Hub88 as our aggregator, Altenar for our sportsbook and iBankroll as our bankroll provider.
Understood! The ANN looks a lot better now while the site performance seems better too implying that your team is quick to make improvements where necessary. I like the odds boosts on soccer markets personally. Your site theme is somewhat similar to MonkeyTilt's theme though with some color differences. Am wondering if there's a connection between both sites. There is no connection between Gamblr and Monkeytilt. Thanks the team is working hard to provide the best and our trading team works daily on boosts and bet builders to offer the best experience to users! Welcome to the Bitcointalk platform, mate. Good to see you launch your casino here. I have reviewed your casino and I am quite alright with it, but the registration process, which demands for full name, seems too odd for me, the username is okay to start with and you can demand for full information when KYC calls in not at the point of registration as that alone would scare away players from your platform. I saw this on your ToS and I know this aspect of ToS has always bring issues between players and casino where casinos withhold assets and funds belonging to a player reasons being that they have not presented their kyc or underage and otherwise. I hope you would stand by this ToS of yours because things of this nature comes up and you will not also act funny in the near future. We will always stand by this. If we have issues with a users KYC then we will allow them to withdraw initial funds and void their action.

Welcome to BTT, Gareth. Regarding both the $5k deposit match and the $10 free spins offer, it would be useful for the community if you could post the full TOC. Thanks for the feedback UltraBTC We will be sure to add this for the free spins. The $5k deposit has terms and conditions on the platform : https://gamblr.io/#modal=Promotion&name=aquisitions-offerThanks, Gareth. Regarding the $5k deposit & 100% match, there is an explicit term: "Contributions vary by game (see game table)." I couldn’t see the game table listed on the site — could you provide a link, or copy/paste it here, ideally showing how much each game contributes to the wagering requirements? Also, if you plan to issue free spins as this thread goes on, it would be useful to explicitly state the terms. Don’t want to be a party breaker here, just making sure everything is clear upfront for the BTT community. Not at all a party breaker. Appreciate the feedback. I have added the terms to the initial post. "10 x $1 spins on Gates of Olympus 1000, winnings added to account after spins are finished with 1x play through requirement for withdrawals" The table is in terms and conditions, have also added here.

Welcome to the Forum! Just curious, what cryptocurrency do you accept? I was looking for it in your Terms and Conditions, but couldn't find it. I checked your FAQ and Hub, but I am getting an error. Maybe you could list what crypto your casino accepts. We are running a matched deposit bonus of up to $5000 at the moment however I would also like to offer 10 $1 free spins to the first 100 newly registered users who DM me with their Gamblr username and give us some constructive feedback or ideas about the platform.
Where the users who received the free spins supposed to post the constructive feedback? it's allowed for you to ask users to DM on your account, but if they post in this thread, it's not recommended to make people get paid to post in ANN. If they post the constructive feedback through PM, it's fine. Having a review campaign is also a good idea too, many casinos did this. Yeah, if I remember correctly, it is against the board's rule to post feedback on the casino's ANN thread after getting any kind of payment/freebies. It would be better to run a review campaign. Hey Acroman, We are currently offering BTC, ETH, USDT (ERC20 & TRC20), USDC (ERC20 & BASE) and will be looking to add to this shortly just confirming a few integrations. Solana and Sol tokens will be next. We will also be running a review campaign appreciate this feedback. For now if people just send private messages that is ok. First of all, OP, welcome to the forum. You didn’t make a mistake choosing this place to promote your casino gambling platform. Regarding the review campaign you’re planning to do in the future, I think that’s a good step you came up with, because for sure once the community here sees positive feedback about your casino platform, you’ll definitely attract a lot of gambling enthusiasts from this forum. But I just have one question for you, OP: do we really need to use our real names when registering an account on your casino? Meaning, are you under government regulation in the jurisdiction where you operate? Because obviously, you have KYC requirements — is that right? Thanks mate we are excited to be part of the platform. We have KYC requirement on withdrawals due to our licensing, similar to other providers, we suggest using your real name but you can always update it later before you do KYC. Welcome to this forum gamblr.io In addition to reviewing campaigns, you can also engage in other promotions, namely signature campaigns, to further introduce your casino in this forum.
I read in your T&C that prohibits the use of VPNs, I think this is too strict because many players actually feel more comfortable with a VPN even though they do not intend to cheat.
We understand the need for privacy and this is good feedback - we will update the T&Cs to reflect this. Thanks for the feedback! Sick ANN presentation though it's kinda warped as the poster above me pointed out. I like the site design too though the performance needs improvement since it seems to be lagging while accessing the casino and sportsbook.
Which gambling provider are y'all using if you don't mind me asking? Looking forward to your review campaign later on. All the best team.
Thanks for this feedback. The ANN should be fixed now please let us know if there is an issue remaining? we use Hub88 as our aggregator, Altenar for our sportsbook and iBankroll as our bankroll provider.

To tell you honestly, I only rely on the forum section when deciding which crypto gambling casinos to join or try out for betting: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=56.0. I don’t use any other platform as a basis for finding online casino platforms. As for the casinos I see in ads, I don’t join them because I don’t trust them, especially when they’re promoted by social media influencers. I really trust only the crypto casinos I see in this forum, nothing else. What draws you to a certain Casino on the forum? What are the most important things they can do?

Zimbabwe outstanding performance in this match winning by 33 runs against Namibia. While chasing a huge total Namibia team only managed to score 178 runs and lost the match without any fight. The man of The Match is Brian Bennett for his amazing batting performance added 94 aggressive runs to the team total from just 51 balls and assisted Zimbabwe to post huge runs on board. Unfortunately Brian Bennett missed his well deserved century by just 6 runs short but his efforts reached Zimbabwe total to 200 plus runs. Zimbabwe bowlers also bowl well Blessing Muzarabani bowling spell picked two important wickets and help his team to win this match easily.
It was a close match, nevertheless. Namibia lost too many wickets at crucial intervals, else they could have pulled an upset win. I am not even sure whether it could be called an upset win, as Zimbabwe's form at the moment is quite poor and they would lose if they play against top associate sides such as Scotland and Netherlands. Anyway, this is a 3-match series and Namibia has two more chances remaining. A win against Zimbabwe would be earth-shattering achievement for them. Zimbabwe played well against Namibia. It was an impressive match as Zimbabwe performance is somewhat weak against other strong teams. But they showed aggressive batting against Namibia, a weaker team compared to them. It was a tough match for Namibia but the best thing is that they are improving their game and scored 178 runs for 7 wickets in 20 overs. Zimbabwe is improving in batting gradually but they need to focus more on bowling. I think the Bulawayo pitch may be helpful for the batsmen as the bowlers did not get much help from the pitch in the match. I commend the Namibian players because even though they are a weak team in international cricket, they had a fighting spirit and tried their best to win. I do not have that much knowledge on the domestic scene of Zimbabwe cricket but it is sad to see how they have fallen in recent years. Suddenly they seem to the bottom of the rung in Test Cricket. Would be great to know what their system looks like and whether there is a chance they claw there way back to being semi-competitive in the near future?

In the next round we will see the epic Arsenal - City (I hope City will be thrown out of the race right there) and United - Chelsea. Nice round to wait for!
Arsenal is a strong team. But I have not seen Arsenal perform well against strong opponents. Arsenal won 1-0 against Manchester United. But their performance was not satisfactory. Arsenal lost 1 - 0 against Liverpool. It is difficult to predict how Arsenal will play against Manchester City. Whatever , if they want to continue competing for the title , Arsenal must win this match. Arsenal has already fallen behind in the title race due to the defeat against Liverpool. Arsenal being a strong team does not give them the league title which they are fighting for rather their performance should give them the name strong team and for a team that wants to compete for the title they have to be ready to defeat top teams that is the only way they can be ahead of the other teams and have the opportunity to win the league. Arsenal won against Manchester United, they lost against Liverpool the defending champions, if they can not win against Manchester City or Chelsea it's going to be difficult for them to win the league because they will be facing the strong teams home and away. It is a funny game though. If Szoboszlai does not score that free kick and it ends 0-0 everyone is saying that Arsenal have a shot. If Liverpool not only drew that game but then did not get the penalty at the end people would be saying they are in trouble. It is a game of inches much like gambling and I guess that is why we love it! Of course if's and but's do not win football matches so no disagreement here!
