My funds (>$5000 in BTC) have been stuck since February.

I have one pending withdrawal of 40 mBTC I requested on 6th of Feb 2025. I've lost count how many times I've contacted customer support asking what is the hold up. Each time the reply goes along the same lines, support says they will forward the request to the 'Processing team/department" and escalate it. No time estimation, never any updates - nothing.

I made another withdrawal request on the 19th of Sep for the remaining balance (about 10.5 mBTC) in hopes of getting at least smaller transactions through. The request was subsequently rejected and received an email stating withdrawals are not available for my account and that I should contact the security department. It's been 2 days now since I contacted them and not even a reply back.

I've stated multiple times I am willing to provide information about me, perform KYC, whatever is needed from my side to advance the request. Absolutely nothing has been asked of me and they have not indicated I would need to provide any additional information. Each time I contact customer support I just receive this standard reply, where they will "escalate the request". No ticket number, no additional information, just a diversion to get me to stop asking about it.

I cannot state this clearly enough - DO NOT USE NITROBETTING.EU. THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU. This site is an absolute scam. I cannot even start to describe the frustration I've felt over the months waiting for my request to go through, only to be gaslit and fed lies by customer support.

I don't know what to do. It's clear as day they have no intention of paying anyone their winnings, even much lower amounts than mine as can be seen from the discussion here.
