Is there any ongoing discussion about hosting ASICs?

  I can't find many threads about this on the internet, except for a few large companies that offer the service at a very high cost.
 
  The idea would be to take advantage of the cheap electricity supply in some countries to host more modern ASICs.

  Can anyone give any safe recommendations on this?
