A warm welcome to the forum, it's my very first time coming across this casino, and I've tired multiple times since yesterday night to access the website but it's not opening, doesn't even load at all, I don't know if this is an issue that is peculiar to me alone or it's general, but I've gone through some of the comments and seem not find anyone complaining about this issue, it seems to me that the link wrong since I've never seen a .link extension before, not sure if that exists..

As you have VIP transfer program which is something that I always like to check, I decided to create an account as I wanted to check this offer.
Based on the instruction, I have to login and open the live chat then choose the "initiative VIP transfer" to follow the prompts but unfortunately I cant find it, am I missing something?
Or do you mean that I have to type it manually on the live chat? As the instruction says "select" so I think it should not be something that I have to write it manually.
