I appreciate your concern. But please note that we are not exchanges. We hold stocks of bitcoins and we take a huge risk of price volatility. The stocks ensure that when you want to buy or sell bitcoins, you don't have to wait for sellers or buyers as on exchanges.

I have a question too, that if I join here, can I discuss some trades too like I want to buy/sell ... amount of bitcoins at ..... price? Is it allowed there? Or are we only allowed to discuss that what is bitcoin and its development part? Is there everything that we can find here on this forum? It is active with 500+ members. I don't think zebpay working 7 days a week. If you really were then i should not have faced this problem.I have been trying to buy amazon vouchers from zebpay from last 2 days.It always shows "in stock" but when i click on it,it shows "coupan is invalid or expired"
Please accept our sincere apologies on issue you have faced. Due to high sell rates, people bought lot of coupons in last few days. Restocking with Amazon and other suppliers is manual process and takes some time. Hopefully it will be refilled soon. Thanks for your support and patience. Yes that is true I don't think Zebpay is available 24 hours.I tried to withdraw funds on Saturday night but got them on Monday in my bank
We do not have operations for 24 hours as of now. We only work during day times, 7 days a week. After evening and on Sundays NEFT does not work. We try to process withdrawals using IMPS but it depends on your order amount, our own IMPS limits and sometimes your bank account ( co operative banks and some SBI associated banks have very poor IMPS success rate ). Zebpay has greatly moved up,great new for bitcoin users.
Zebpay has earned many new customers and I am happy for them but their app has several bugs and I dont see any new update anymore.I hope they soon fix all issues associated with their app or also make an online platform Our new update should be released next week. We have mostly focused on security, scaling and back office processes during this period. Thanks to feedback from users like you, we have fixed some of reported issues. Like bitcoinisbest above, I've heard others say Zebpay has zero fee, which is not the case as far as I am concerned. I get charged 0.2% fee on every buy. Not sure why people keep saying zebpay has zero fee.
