looks like we're done here, coinexchange.io the only working exchange is shutting down...
maybe unnamed.exchange will take it on if you mention it to them.

Ok, who is ready?
Still holding on, would be good if yobit re-opened up the wallet though.

Anyone got a bootstrap? taking days to sync again

First post has the wallets, BTG has nothing to do with Ethereum, it has a standalone wallet.

Got it to sync. I have already unlocked the wallet. How often does the stake take to produce gems? Does it automine or do I have to do anything? I have about 50.
As far as I remember it takes 500 blocks for your coins to mature, it will start staking as soon as your coins do mature, I have a little more than that and it stakes regularly small amounts. Bear in mind this wallet is old and was made before things like Coin Control and Unlock buttons, so it's a bit more effort to use and less instant gratification, but a very solid & mature network.

Tell me please what is the difference between VeriumReserve (VRM) and VeriCoin (VRC)? The purse of these coins is the same?
In what it is better to invest?
I also try to understand the difference but no one responds I think so, if at the main forum of the project during the day there is no response from either the community or the developer - the community, the coin are dead! https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=602041.19180No one answers Go to the website, read & watch, everything is there. https://portal.vericoin.info/VeriCoin – The Digital Currency A purely digital currency that runs on its own protocol PoST (Proof-of-Stake-Time), which is unique to VeriCoin. VeriCoin (Ticker: VRC) transactions are currently 10 times faster than Bitcoin, nearly instant and via Verium will become even faster. Unlike Bitcoin, you gain interest like a savings account by simply leaving your digital wallet running on your computer. This process is known as staking, another form of digital minting of new coins, and helps validate transactions on the VeriCoin network. VeriCoin allows anyone in the world with an internet connection the ability to transfer and receive funds in a matter of seconds. People who are not able to, or do not have access to a bank account, will now have access to an already established and flourishing financial network. VeriCoin is backed by the technology that will change the world. Verium – The Digital Commodity A purely digital commodity which runs on it’s own unique protocol PoWT (Proof of Work Time). Verium (Ticker: VRM) was created to be an innovative, independent store of value asset, in addition to supporting the VeriCoin blockchain. Verium solves the blockchain scaling issue by introducing a new variable block-time paradigm that speeds up as mining power increases. This allows Verium to automatically scale, enhance transaction speed and capacity, while ensuring security at any level of mining. Through Verium’s auxiliary mining protocol, Verium will also process VeriCoin blocks. This process will speed up VeriCoin’s block-time to 30 seconds or faster. This enables VeriCoin’s network to provide an efficient and scalable ecosystem for consumer transactions well beyond current standards. Verium is accessible to anyone with a PC or laptop in three easy steps. Download, install and click to mine. It’s that easy!

yes but hold my 700 coins since a year
Hope you held them an extra day as the price just tripled. I always liked this coin, maybe it's my antique jewellery dealer parents influence that helped I think of BTG more of a store of value than a currency.

Windows wallet link is dead DEV.
We are working on it. the original wallet had syncing issues for some, we are aware of this, this will be fixed ASAP and replaced with a tamed down (bare) version of the web wallet with just basic sending and receiving functionality, just until the official web wallet launch. No worries, just letting you know!
