1  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Bitcoinary.com - The new smart way to buy and sell Bitcoins. on: August 20, 2012, 07:17:37 AM
I would suggest a last time one site feature so its easier to tell if someone is scamming and ignoring us or simply not available.

Also Xeser  is a scammer using email: compl3x@gmail.com
2  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: WTB Bitcoin Through Paypal on: January 03, 2012, 09:16:10 PM
yeah centraw.com looks interesting, though im not too enthused about the ~15% markup
yeah tell me about it its like $20 to buy 3 btc better than nothing tho Sad
Yeah its highway robbery I'm suspecting what will happen is they'll try to make as much money as possible off it before paypal shuts them down. 5% I could see as reasonable.

how could you even connect to the pool using a wrong user name unless it was valid for you or someone else...
and if someone else.. they just made a bit more btc..
Oops your right i just switched from deepbit and had my full aggression miner still on the old settings.

I already said You must of saved a keyring password ? To reset

Code:
sudo killall gnome-keyring-daemon
sudo rm -r ~/.gnome2/keyrings

And reboot. When you are asked to save a keyring password again jot it down Wink

sorry didnt see it in that post.
tried that but gave me no such file or directory, restarted anyways still prompts me for unknown password.

Comon guys if you want to argue amongst yourselves then do it through PM. I have enough crap to sift though on this post without you adding more.
So do you know why even though i can login with the password user/live it wont let me change basic settings like internet or looking at the file system.
11  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: LinuxCoin A lightweight Debian based OS with everything ready to go. on: August 10, 2011, 03:04:49 AM
Guy im trying to change my Internet setting but its asking me to authenticate. I cant find a password anywhere.

It's in the first post

user=user

pw=live

I think, best for you to go check.

I tried using live as the password and it doesnt work. I also tried logging out and back in as user with password live but it doesnt work. So please take your sarcasm elsewhere.

Sarcasm? You'll know it when I post it. Last time I try to help you. Enjoy.
Last time? that was the first time and you didnt even help

tried the 11.8 drivers since they were supposedly supposed to fix crash with accelerated gpu and open cl but no luck.
15  Other / Beginners & Help / Anything that uses Amdocl.dll crashes on: August 08, 2011, 04:39:48 AM
Problem is in title. Obviously this means that i cant use my gpu for mining
My specs are an i5 2500k and a 6950 unlocked to a 6970
I've tried sever combinations of catalyst drivers and amd app sdk versions to no avail.

16  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / Re: bitminter.com * 150 BTC promotion * mine 6-11% more bitcoins! on: August 08, 2011, 03:43:04 AM
Dont know if this has been brought up yet or not but it be nice if on the website it was more accurate on what your balance is. Seeing a zero after 8~ work doesnt make me feel comfortable even though i know i takes longer than that.
17  Other / Beginners & Help / Only Ufasoft Miner works on: August 07, 2011, 05:03:00 PM
For some reason only ufasoft cpu miner works using guiminer. All the other miners get stuck on connecting...
ive gota a 6970 with opencl installed. Tried with many combinations of Cat drivers and App sdk.
Please help thx
18  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: GuiMiner stuck on starting? on: August 07, 2011, 01:32:55 AM
im using the most recent one

Edit: ok i figured out that part of the amd app sdk wasnt installing and found a way to install it. Now guiminer wont open at all. I tryed uninstalling amd app sdk and it would open again and of course stoppped when i reinstalled it.
19  Other / Beginners & Help / GuiMiner stuck on starting? on: August 06, 2011, 10:41:50 PM
OK so im trying to do some mining with guiminer. It seems like pheonix(using latest core) is the fastest/most efficient but when i try to start mining all the happens is it says starting...
Im on windows 7, fully downloaded blocks, port 8333 is open. Cat 11.7 and Stream 2.5 all x64. on a xfx 6950 unlocked to 6970 running at 900/1400 and an i5 overclocked to 4.7ghz.

The weird things is that ufasoft works giving me about 250 mhash/s(though it doesnt seem stable) though it makes my gpu run waaay hot (hotter than folding@home does at higher fan speeds)

also does anyone know what flags i should use for this gpu these are the ones i've been able to find online for pheonix. WORKSIZE=128 BFI_INT AGGRESSION=11 VECTORS

thanks
