I don't really understand this offer?

going to the 17 link it asks for a hashrate and then wants a payment...

I'd really like to see hashnest in action as the economics are not clear.

I was about to buy 2 more S3s, but with the difficulty in making a mining profit these days, and all these virtual/not so virtual farms springing up, it's even less clear...
