1  Economy / Gambling / Re: What is a game you would like to see in an online crypto casino? on: October 27, 2022, 06:35:48 PM
Hey Bitcointalkers,

What games do you like to play (mobile, board games, easy game with friends, etc.) that you would love to see put into an online casino for real betting?

There have been a lot of successful yet simple games in online casinos like Heads or Tails, Over/Under, and more. We are looking to see what games you guys love and wonder if we can turn them into an online betting game!
Do you guys have in-house games?
2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is regulation really inevitable? on: October 24, 2022, 06:09:02 PM
From all stand point as Bitcoin keeps gaining more popularity and adoptions it won't be inaccurate to say the government are endlessly finding a way to do a complete regulation on Crypto currency specifically Bitcoin, Despite most times the word crypto currency might be used to address all crypto related digital asset but the main target remains Bitcoin due to it's decentralised and distributed network as well as been the major crypto asset.

Why it is obvious getting full control of Bitcoin functionality and distribution seems impossible due the fact it has no central point of control one might expect stricter rules governing the use of custodian and non-custodian wallet, declaration of all cold wallet addresses, Setting up committee to monitor transactions on the blockchain public ledger, introduction of wallet trackers and ownership on different OS and maybe lots of wild experimentation to make regulation a possibility.

Believe you me no matter how advanced bitcoin decentralisation might look or sound the government will never risk giving their citizens full control of their assets. The always want to be in charge and has long has they have this limitation of full custody stricter laws regarding Bitcoin usage might spring up. Technology is advancing
The problem is that many people lose their private key and lose their bitcoins. I gave some crypto to a friend of mine but he lost everything because he lost access to his private key. The government need to implement a recovery system based on identity. It already exists for gold and other assets. If you can prove that the bitcoins are yours (like a purchase receipt) then they can order the miners to release the funds. The mantra "not your keys not your bitcoins" is absurd. if you lose your private key it's still your bitcoins if you can prove that it belongs to you.

4  Economy / Economics / Re: Wheat War I is going to be World War III on: October 13, 2022, 06:16:30 PM

Big organization like NATO has to provide solution to the conflicts since they claimed to be a peaceful bloc. But from what we could see is that they offer non, for them its all about control which we can see thru the sanctions and regime change.

In this conflict, only Russia seem to be open to negotiation. They even warn that Ukraine's NATO entry will result to war but they still pushes it.
Now that each party have been gathering allies already, its becoming harder to prevent.
"NATO was constructed on the - with the reason, whether one believes it or not, that it was going to defend Western Europe from Russian assault. Once the Berlin Wall fell and the Soviet Union was beginning to collapse, that reason was gone. So, first question: why does NATO exist?" - Noam Chomsky

Avis perso.

8  Economy / Speculation / Re: $300 before the end of this day or nah? on: October 25, 2015, 04:08:09 PM
Don't worry folks, Today is sunday and not many people are trading at this day
But, tomorrow we shall charge the exchanger and crush the $300 walls Wink
Considering that the BTC prices has been rising a lot this past weeks, i will not be surprised if we hit $300 tomorrow Wink
According to Coinmarketcap datas, the volume is coming mostly from Bitfinex and Bitstamp exchanges. It makes sense to me because of VAT exemption in Europe and Because of Bitcoin unofficial authorization in China

These news are huge for BTC

The bear market has lasted long enough. I predict 2016 is the year where bitcoin finally breaks through, both in price and in mainstream adoption.

The fork issue is a distraction. It won't kill bitcoin. The majority will eventually choose what fork they want to use, whether it is the original, or XT, or some third option.

I see the fork issue as silly infighting which only hurts bitcoin. I want bitcoin to succeed, that's what I care about, not what version of BTC I use. I will go with the majority, whichever fork is chosen.

It 's easy to predict without any arguments  Smiley
What make you think Bitcoin is about to go mainstream? Amazon accepting BTC in 2016?
