The potential buyer chooses an escrower who inspects it. If we however get to that point I'm sure it will be said anyway.
The escrow is there to write up terms both agree upon to ensure boths safety and that both get what we want.
but I'm not going to type it out here in the open out of respect for the buyer if he wants to use my handle I'm sure he doesnt want it known he bought it.
and also if i opt not to sell, i don't want it known I was selling it.

not afraid of what is to be seen on the contrary its much better than what's described in OP...

if you know twitter you know that it's an asset to have aren't many accounts with that in this particular space
