3 years almost exactly to the day. What are the odds of that?
A good scam is well thought out in advance, with specific milestones and a defined end date.
This friedcat person (or persons) are good, very good.
You guys here are the small fry of it, there must people on the ground there jumping off buildings now.....
scammers are amateurs job but this seem to be a professional job. Well planned and thought out. not so surprising when you consider bitcoin's popularity and volatility. wouldn't surprise me if this person(s) involved with pulling something similar using fiat money. (stocks, bonds, etc.)

I like how they paid out for 2 months, lots to time to move out of offices, set up new bank accounts (offshore ofcourse), liquidate hard assets, etc etc.
the shutdown for 2 weeks during Chinese holydays was a nice touch too. That way they did'nt not have to pay anything and gain 2 weeks.
Very professional.
+1 good ponzi scheme and did work. bastards!

not sure what you guys are complaining about. he is just trying to help getting money back by locating person responsible.
what is worst case that can happen to you? Nothing. what is the best case? you get your investment back.
let say, you have information that no one knows. what are you going to do with it? go the Chinese officials? get you own hunt going? or just nothing?
at least he is trying to get the person(s) responsible so all investors can benefit. whether what he claims true or not, it don't matter if you are not taking any actions with information you have.
no point on barking at ourselves, when we all know what we want.
'GET OUR INVESTMENT BACK'
if you don't want to chip in, stay neutral. if you do, help out. no need additional noise to what we are dealing with.

AMHASH has Immersion cooling ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) Is that for real or just marketing gimmick? Instagram pictures seems to be taken from 3M demo video except the last pic. It's really exciting if it's true. If you can prove Immersion cooling is in place, I'd pull all my investment from others and put in to AMHASH in a heartbeat!!! Any idea if this is true? It's for real and has been used for more than a year. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=346134.03M is actually using pics of AM's farm in their demo. Whaaaat? I guess I am the only idiot who didn't know about it! No wonder maintenance is so freaking cheap! thanks. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

hmm.. perhaps ASICMiner/Rockminer is buying it? E. mentioned "at least two of which appear to be seriously interested, in purchasing BTC Guild".

if dividend is before fees, then net is awfully low compare to competitors.
I think you are confusing two kinds of fees here. The dividend should be after the AM1Hash maintenance fees are paid. So you won't pay these fees directly, they're calculated before the dividend is payed out. Withdrawing you dividends from Havelock incurs a fee (to pay for transaction fees), too, but this should be obvious. yes, that's what i meant. sorry being vague. i guess i shouldn't have said "fees" ![Tongue](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/tongue.gif)

Would appreciate greatly, if anyone can confirm dividend in Havelock account. if dividend is before fees, then net is awfully low compare to competitors.

Hiya Hashing Guru!!
I am thinking about switching over to AMHASH1 and did some manual calculation. Compared to competitor, AMHASH1 income lower but lower fee brings net income higher.
Please correct me if i am wrong.
Calculation based on 1THS at today's BTC/USD price.
Today's difficulty: 35,985,640,265 Seconds per day: 86400 BTC/USD: $354.52
AMHASH1 Income: 0.013975~ Fee: 0.004606~ Net: 0.009369~
Competitor Income: 0.015676~ Fee: 0.008969~ Net: 0.006707~
Change: 0.002662~ (39.7% increase)
