Most of the BLOCKs weren't bought at 0,00025.

Some people got a good rate with their altcoins on coingateway + 10% discount on what they bought, guessing they're expecting the price could drop off and are selling early

There may end up being a surge of panic sells once bittrex opens up trading if trading prices elsewhere drop further. It's going to be a tense 7 days for investors at bitrrex
