Unfortunately I have not been able to implement the automatic confirmation emails successfully yet. Until further notice, orders will be processed manually. Nothing will really change, you will still get the bitcoin price at the time you sent through your payment, but the email will take up to a few hours to get sent to you. Thanks for your understanding ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Everything back to normal now. We are working to improve the system but this will take time. If the exchange rate changes during a delay then we will give the benefit of the doubt to the customer, or simply not charge a fee - either way the customer will not lose out. We are working on a better way to notify everyone of these delays too, more to be announced soon. 0% fees tonight for selling ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Possible delays of up to 1 hour for orders placed today. Normal service will resume at 7pm GMT. You will still get the bitcoin price at the time of transaction, so it's just the actual payment / email confirmation that will be delayed.

Service is good at the moment - all orders will be completed within 5 minutes. It would be great to get more feedback from our customers. You can fill out a feedback form here and we will publish it on the site

Hi all,
Ok I am little bit naive when it comes to bitcoins. I tried to look for reliable places that sells bit coin and either they ask me for ridicules steps for verifications, I don't live in the US, or services asking for large fees while restricting the spending amounts.
My question is this, if I were to buy bitcoins from someone directly how can I avoid scams?
Thanks.
Do you have a UK bank account? If so, you can use our site and have BTC in about 10 minutes from initiating a bank transfer. No ridiculous steps for verification - we just need your email address. Can't get much easier than that ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Why wouldnt you get verification for a bank transfer? You will regret it when people start sending with stolen bank info. Verification is not required if within current limits (£100 max). If we decide to increase the limits then we will of course introduce verification for larger orders.
