1  Economy / Marketplace / Re: ["WAIT LIST"] BFL SC Pre-Order Information on: January 03, 2013, 09:40:50 AM
I noticed that someone mentioned that names are starting to show up in the list more than once, so I reorganized the list by names:

I'm putting a link because I wouldn't imagine anyone would want me to just paste that list here.
2  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Can someone explain BTCGUILD's PPLNS to me like I am a five year old. on: December 11, 2012, 04:44:17 AM
I've left pplns on for around a day now, It seems like I'm earning about the same as I normally would. I enjoyed reading your responses and feel more educated for them.
3  Bitcoin / Mining / Can someone explain BTCGUILD's PPLNS to me like I am a five year old. on: December 10, 2012, 03:18:58 AM
I had some miners on fireducks pool and some on btcguild, I moved everything to PPLNS on btcguild, which right now makes me feel fairly foolish, since I'm hashing the same rates and getting, as far as I can tell a lesser award, Does this eventually pay out by sticking with it? Is it a game of probability.  If you can't dumb it down for me, just tell me to switch back to PPS. Thanks,
And I apologize for the newbish post.

Thanks,

Bsdpunk

According to BFL everything from 8/27 should have been shipped, thursday. So here's hoping.
8  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Anyone looking for work? on: October 12, 2012, 05:54:02 AM
I'm a webdeveloper(php, perl, javascript, HTML5 etc..), I have a lot of linux administration, and cisco administration experience. A little bit of windows administration. And a tiny bit of embedded systems programming. Mostly, just web development. I'm open for the next 6 months, I've been freelancing and currently that isn't taking up hardly any of my time.  If I was working full time I'd need like 266BTC a month. Or I can price out individual features, or sites/projects, by the hour for 2 BTC an hour. Maybe a little less.

The kind of thing that makes you want to buy a couple of 7970s. Sheesh

This is killing me, I'm aware I'm just being impatient, but to see someone get a delivery in 30 days I was hoping for the same or similar, and now I'm just refreshing this list about once every 4 hours.  Clearly no one should be this excited about anything. </endrant>

Any one else, repeatedly checking this thread for new posts, and to see if they have updated the first post?
13  Economy / Marketplace / Re: ["WAIT LIST"] BFL Singles Order Date / Ship Date on: September 27, 2012, 05:47:51 AM
I ordered a single on September 7th. (Sorry, it took awhile to amass non-newbie status).

Thank you, that was helpful.
16  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How much money have you spent on Bitcoin? on: September 26, 2012, 05:47:22 AM
I spent so much on them, I figured I'd be better off buying hardware. Now I have purchased a butterfly single, and pre ordered a jalpeno. I have a 6950 in one of my compys, and a spartan 6 on the way. sheesh.
17  Other / Beginners & Help / Spartan 6 lx16 on: September 26, 2012, 05:27:50 AM
Has anyone tried these guys for mining?

If so what, miner should you use?

18  Other / Beginners & Help / Water Cooling, Mining rigs on: September 26, 2012, 04:27:49 AM
Is it worth it to water cool mining rigs? What's the average rise in power consumption? I got a 100 dollar amazon gift card, so I'm considering getting an inexpensive cooler and trying it out.
