My police report is moving ahead too
I have same e-mail like you guys.

found sufficient viable lines of enquiry for a possible police investigation. I am pleased to
inform you your report has been sent to Greater Manchester Police, who have recorded it

• reference : awaiting local reference number allocation - in process

I just read this topic and I was very surprised to see this sentence there:
"The centre, which is run by the City of London Police, said it has received 20 reports against Manchester-based Alpha Technology. Those reports were assessed by the national fraud intelligence unit and passed on to Greater Manchester Police (GMP)."

More than 2000 people were scammed and only 20 filled fraud report. It was unbelievable for me, so I immediately filled one report on: http://www.actionfraud.police.uk/report_fraud
It took me about an 1 hour to fill it, but I think this was well spent hour. I hope until the end of this week to have at least 500 reports submitted, so I will not see anymore this said by Mohammed Akram:
"According to Mohammed Akram, Alpha Technology's chief executive and founder, no one at his company has been contacted by the police or the fraud intelligence unit.
Akram defended his company, which took deposits for its miners in January, but has missed all its delivery deadlines so far." 

I suppose my package will be holding on our Custom, so it will not reach to my door at all and if I receive tracking number I will inform the courier that I am refusing this package to return it to AT (sender). I am not going to pay and one penny anymore for this bullshit ..... but  I am doubting that AT will send anything at all .... 

I am thinking to NOT accept any package from AT as this machine is 99% loss  I will not pay 20% VAT + 10% Custom fees ....
I will request to be returned to sender ...

I was robbed with £1385, by the way I have bad feeling about AT from the beginning, because initially I ordered the bigger viper 250Mh, but a few days later reading different forums I hesitated to pay for this miner, therefore I did second order for two vipers 20Mh and continue to read forums and again I was discourage to pay this money, so finally I did third order for one viper 50Mh and unfortunately I paid this order and now I lost £1385 therefore I want to punish this bastard and send him at least to jail (if he cannot return our money) for fraud in large amount of money. I am reading from few weeks this topic and I have not seen yet or maybe I missed to have some group lawsuit against AT. From my point of view it is not worthy to go alone for £1385, but if we gather 200-300 robbed customers and go together we will split all lawyer fees and we have bigger chance to win. Unfortunately there is a small chance to receive our money back but I am ready to pay $50-100 for lawyer fees in group lawsuit if we have chance this bastard to be sent in jail at least for 15-20 years ..
I do not have any knowledge about UK group lawsuit but I eagerly will take part of it, if I receive any information about starting such lawsuit process. I suppose there are many customers from UK, who are robbed from AT and they can take more action in organizing it, at least they can speak fluent English and can meet locally the lawyers, because it will be hard to me to speak (face to face) with UK lawyers. (My verbal English is not good and I am not living in UK)
Any ideas about this?
Is there something done in this direction or all customers are going alone against AT?

I just found this post.
I also do not believe that AT is producing anything.
I requested full refund and wrote in their forum.
The result until now: No any reply to my e-mails and my account and IP were banned from their forum .

I am doubting that there is Alpha-T at all or Vipers or production process. They took more than $4-5 Millions from their customers as promised that they will produce so called miner Viper, but actually they are not doing anything except waiting time to pass (this is my guess). Now they are offering to customers 30% refund as they cannot produce any miner and they cannot return remaining money as they already been invested in production process for Vipers. This is BIG possible SCAM. These people need to go to prison.

Now I am looking for good lawyer. You cannot steal so easy money for all customers. Even you do not make effort to reply to me and you sent this automatic generated massage.

I paid £1385 and I do not care that you spent the money for production as I doubt that you are producing anything, so you have 1 week to the end of Q3 to deliver the viper if not then I request full refund or you are going to lawsuit.

I cannot go alone against them as they have our money ($4-5 Millions) and can buy very good lawyers, but if we all customers go together then they will go in prison and return great part of our money. Soon Q3 will pass the time frame which Alpha gave to deliver their miners, so we need to take action after this. Any ideas are welcome!
