So yesterday I sent over 23 BTC to an online wallet. I did not see the bitcoins in the address even after 80+ confirmations It's been over 18 hours and I still don't see my coins. bho- GREAT and HONEST guy. May be too trusting and fear he may get scammed. So far he's been sticking to #bitcoin-otc so I wish him the best. He's fair and straight forward. If you scam him, ILL KILL YOU!!!!

Is there someone I can contact, or follow some procedure to make sure someone is labeled a scammer. Possibly check their IPs and make sure they aren't creating other accounts? Ban the IPs?
