Have had mostly good experiences with Nitrogen but one from today has me somewhat pissed off.

Just over two months ago my account was frozen after a withdrawal, citing I had violated their multiple account policy and they needed to investigate.

For starters, I had made several accounts (4?) on Nitrogen. I even remember checking the rules initially the first time I considered making a second one to ensure it wasn't against the rules. The reason I made them was nothing more than simple bettor superstition (.ie this one feels lucky today).  Here is what the rule said then about multiple accounts, and still says today:

Multiple Accounts
You may not, under any circumstances, create multiple accounts for the purpose of defrauding Nitrogen Sports. This includes, but is not limited to, multiple accounts created to circumvent our betting limits or multiple accounts created to take advantage of our affiliate program. Accounts created to defraud Nitrogen Sports, as decided in our sole discretion, run the risk of having the offending bet(s) cancelled from those accounts and/or those accounts permanently closed. In the event that your account receives funds in error and need to be recovered, Nitrogen Sports reserves the right to treat multiple accounts belonging to a single user as one when recovering funds.

It seems very clear based on this rule that multiple accounts are only against the rules if they are used to defraud Nitro, for example circumventing betting limits or maybe things like collusion on poker? Considering I had zero intent of doing any of these things, I created the accounts.

After their investigation, they confirmed I had done none of these things and unfroze my one account and asked me to use just that one going forward.

So here we are over two months later (about 9 weeks), and again they froze my account, citing the exact same reason. I haven't used a single account other than the one they asked me to use 9 weeks ago. The accounts they are citing now have not had any activity in probably 6+ months, maybe longer, and there are zero times I did anything wrong.

So for the 2nd time my funds are frozen and I am unable to place any bets on one of the last NFL Sundays of the year. I am told it will take 1-2 days to hear anything back. I have done well over 50 BTC of volume on Nitro lifetime and would expect faster resolution.

I understand the need to investigate nothing wrong was done the first time around, but since then, I have only used the one account so this is ridiculous.

I also suggested to them that if multiple accounts are indeed against their rules in general, that they update their rule to make that clear. They said they would consider it and have not made any changes to the wording.

I purchased 0.15 bitcoin earlier. I sent first and promptly received the coin.

That said, it is over 25 blocks since he sent the bitcoin and I still don't have any confirmations. I would recommend asking for a higher fee to be used if you purchase here. When you are paying over 10% in fees, it really should be expected to at least have enough fee to be confirmed in the first few blocks. Fees are very cheap nowadays.

I've bought a number of times in the past, I can vouch for them being honest/trustworthy. Fees are definitely high but you won't get scammed.
