True and correct copies of such statements are attached here as Atts. C – F.
One of the attached threads includes a post from username “Inaba,” which is a username utilized by Josh Zerlan, VP Product Development for Butterfly Labs. Mr. Zerlan identified himself as the individual behind username “Inaba” on a separate thread posted on bitcointalk.org on September 11, 2012. Mr. Zerlan further explains that his other username is “BFL_Josh” when posting on the forum threads. A true and correct copy of this post is available upon request.
lmao. there's even more in the document.

If all these users are really beneath your intelligence, Josh, maybe you could go refute this guy's posts? Some pretty damning accusations over there. At the very least, maybe you can tell us who Jeff Ownby/Scott Riley is.

It would have been nice to see Inaba's post history submitted as evidence of BFL's ill will toward their customers, like the foam pitchforks and torches. Considering the current situation, though, it seems they had enough evidence of that already.

lol did you notice how he didn't dismiss that part ? he seemed to only take offense to the part where the guy said he met him There's nothing to dismiss. Your reading comprehension is non-existent, there's no point in dismissing something that doesn't exist in the first place. Learn to read and understand what you read and we might be able to have a conversation. Don't blame me for your poor education or lack of mental acuity. That's genetics man, good luck with that. Actually, one can have fine genetics and yet have grown up without a proper education. The two aren't really related at all - why, look at Stephen Hawking. I agree, the sentence could have been worded better, but the object being described by the following sentence was mental acuity, which would typically be genetic. I suppose you could make an argument for it being a part of education and that you could sharpen your mental acuity through various methods, but only within a limited range. You're either born with acuity or you aren't, and it's pretty clear our friend eoakland has little acuity to spare, since he isn't able to comprehend or synthesize what he's read. To think, people like him are allowed to vote and drive cars, eww. This is why we can't have nice things in this country. Studies on neuroplasticity in recent years have demonstrated otherwise. I disagree with your stance on democracy, too; without it, we might not have the fine consumer protections our law provides, nor the federal agencies that enforce them. If you don't like democracy, maybe you should have stayed in North Korea. Well, if you can increase your mental acuity through practice, that's excellent news. Perhaps there is hope for eokland, but the fact that he's not avilaled himself to these newfound techniques seems to speak volumes for his ability. As for democracy, I'm not sure how you got from "People like eokland are allowed to vote" to "I hate democracy." You might want to sit down and think about your deductive reasoning abilities for awhile, they seem to be on the fritz. Many people in this country who vote are not qualified to do so, yet they do. Eoakland is just one example of many. What method would you propose to determine who's "qualified" to vote? A literacy test?

To be fair you're quoting something back in time which doesn't really make sense. What you should be quoting is the resultant shipping dates he came up with after that November conversation. Sure it makes sense. It only bolsters the evidence - he claimed a few weeks ago, in this thread, that they taped out in August - while the Skype logs show that he knew otherwise all the way back in November.

15. Tape out August 2013 True. I just wanted to share this with you all, from the FTC's Attachment X: It's a shame their ethics rating can't drop any lower.
