When I have heard this info I was senior member on the forum. It will take decades to reach worldwide borders for Cryptopay. You have blocked my account due to asking much questions.
Good day! Sorry that you have such an impression  Sad It may take long, you are right. Different countries have different regulations which make this process very complicated.
As for the account lockout, could you please contact us in the live chat on the site or via support@cryptopay.me and let us know your registered email address?
Accounts can be closed by the internal decision of our Compliance or Security Team after a thorough analysis of all the factors. Normally, lots of questions is not a reason of the lockout. Quite the opposite, we appreciate the curiosity  Smiley

Thanks for all who shared their opinion.
We understand how it may seem like but let us tell you how the things actually go.
Our previous card programme was closed in January 2018. Our card issuer had to stop issuing cards due to demands of VISA. Since that day we have been working on a new card programme. We understand that everybody is tired of waiting, we can't wait for it either! But what we’re creating here is a different level. We want a card programme that would be under our full control, and that takes time, lots of time. But we’re almost there.

The ICO was an important step – essential – to support the development of the company. We maintained right from the start that it wasn’t meant as an instant solution for becoming rich but rather for supporting the company and ensuring long-term growth.

If you look at the list of products we’ve launched after the ICO, it is quite a long list. We’ve added three more cryptocurrencies for the enthusiasts (ETH, XRP, LTC); we’ve added a new solution for purchasing crypto with your card – BuyNow – which allows you to buy some crypto and send it to any wallet of your choice in a matter of minutes (with a nearly instantaneous verification process, it is basically a self check-out). We’ve offered gift cards; we launched card purchases (on our main website) while the ICO was still in full swing. And finally we resurrected our card programme (in collaboration with our partner Unistream) – at the moment, in Russia only, but even this should prove how serious we are in our intentions, and that we will relaunch in Europe (the EEA) as well.

Thanks for this description of the history of the project and development. It's great that you are moving ahead all the time and hopefully soon we will all enjoy having new, reliable and cheap Wink cards!

Thank you so much for your trust and kind words! We'll do everything in our power to make you happy with our new cards!  Wink

Okay so, we've reached 2020! (Happy New Year! Btw Smiley )
What is the situation? Can we ask for a current update? Is anything else known, maybe estimated time for the European Union territory?

Hello and Happy New Year!
Sorry for the delayed response. Nothing yet changed since the last year, unfortunately. We are waiting for the cards as much as you do!
If we have any updates, we'll inform you immediately.

Not yet, unfortunately. Cards are still available for the Russian Federation only.

Were card ever available or sent to users outside Russian Federation even in the previous card programme?

Yes, cards were available in the EU and other countries. In a while, the issuer had to limit the list of supported countries to Europe only. And after...you know this sad story already  Sad

Seems like the next update would be on next year yet cryptopay support isnt active on this thread which basically means that this will take for some time.

By the way, if ever op would go online. Its almost a year that i do ordered out my card but it never reached my residence which i do wonder if those are totally had been shipped or not?

Good day!

Could you please message us in the live chat or contact us via support@cryptopay.me? We'll check your account and guide you further.

Does this mean that we can already order cards in the European Union, or does it still apply only to Russia?

Not yet, unfortunately. Cards are still available for the Russian Federation only.

I would go so far as to say that the card was never created therefore was impossible to be shipped out.

Cryptopay OP posts in this thread when they want without writing anything of substance. This is not a real card project, it is a failed project.

You cant say such thing yet my friend do get his Cryptopay card but it did take several months due to countries location plus on a very slow postal service.

You misunderstood me. What I mean to say is that the project is a failure. Looking at what they intended to do with the $18.5 million funds they raised in the 2017 ICO - they have not been a real business at all.

Thanks for clarifying it out and i do read up all the info you do post up which i can barely say that you do have those solid points and they are already
showing off the signs gradually.

I didnt expect that they do able to accumulate that big into their ICO.The only thing which interest me wayback is their free card which i have signed up.
Im not an investor or a die hard supporter of this service but it seems they are on the verge of total failure or already dead? lol

I didn't participate in Cryptopay ICO and I didn't read Whitepaper, so I don't know what ICO was about. However, from what I remember, card development began before ICO and this is a continuation of development. The cards were created before ICO but due to VISA problems everything had to be created again.
I don't think this is the end of Cryptopay, but I'm not sure if mixing ICO with cards development is correct.

Thanks for all who shared their opinion.

📡Spring Bank Holiday Announcement: Due to the closure of UK banks on 27th May, transfers for all UK customers at Cryptopay may be slowed down. Expect an extra day for transfers to go through. Thank you for your patience -  We hope you have a great long weekend!

Any new update regarding the Roadmap?

Hello and thank you for your question! At the moment our main priority is to launch our new European card programme as soon as possible. By the way, preorder will start soon.
As for other plans, we are working on the Bitcoin stock brokerage. ERC-20 token wallet and Digital assets portfolio are also in our plans for this year.
As for our roadmap, it will be updated shortly. Sorry that it hasn't been done earlier, but we will fix it very soon!
Please be also informed that several weeks ago we held the AMA in our Telegram chat (https://t.me/cryptopayico). Please use #AMAstart to find the beginning of the AMA. You will find a lot of exciting details regarding our plans and the services we're working on now.  Wink

Two months have passed and unfortunately we don't have any update. Has anything gone forward? Will your cards ever be used in Europe?

Good day and sorry for the delayed response!
We know that our clients can’t wait to see our new cards go live. And you are right, the process is taking longer than we planned, as unfortunately, it doesn't depend fully on us. But we can assure you that it's not that long left to wait. Meanwhile, we’ve made some great progress and we are so close to the goal as never before.
So please stay tuned!
