Well, IMO that was annoying.
Some casinos already have a fast transaction with an instant TX. If they want to compete in the casino industry, they should following the development of other casino. Crypto volatility was really high, let's say I withdrawal around 0.01 BTC and need to wait at least 1 days the price of bitcoin already down to 45,000$ because of these I can have lost around 50$.
Just want to share my 2 cent ~XD.
The same way you can lose -50$, you could win +50$ if BTC goes up. But when you lose, it's easier to blame others for your loss  But I understand your main idea, and you're right about that. No one likes to wait for a cashout. |

Got paid today (82mBTC) , after a little talk with support yesterday to solve the issue  Now I'll repeat myself, I really hope they bring sports back someday Seem like a long withdrawal process still one of the problems on ONEHASH. Man, I still remember went my first or second time using ONEHASH betting on The International Dota 2 (2019) my withdrawal process around 2-3 days. And seem like see of your case, they still nothing change at all about the withdrawl process.  Too bad, when other casinos already have automatic withdrawl and ONEHASH still a manual process. I made several withdraws in the past too, and it always took some days to process it, but at least you don't have to pay the transaction fees (one wd per week without fees). Personally I don't mind to wait a few days and keep the fees in my pocket But meanwhile scam-paranoia starts to take over me |

Indeed it's very sad to see that Sports are gone at Onehash. I've used it since 2016 too and until now it was the best experience I had with a p2p betting platform. I really hope they will bring back Sports someday.
And I requested a withdraw yesterday, most of my profits came from sports, hope they're still paying without issues. I'll update here when I get paid.

check out your notification to see if they counted it as a loss or is it just still pending , looking to your link it seems that Brasil de Pelatos won the match but not sure if it was overtime
anyways if the support told you to wait then that's all what you can do for now
Yes, Br Pelotas won the match on penaltis shootout. But, as you can see, if the match can never end as Draw, having Draw option available to bet does not make any sense. And waiting it's all I am doing No stress, not first time that this happens and it won't be the last. And Onehash stills the best!  |

What did they tell you when you talked to them?
I'm assuming they're going to fix, 12h isn't that long o.o
They answered that they were passing the message to the devteam and that in 12h I should get some answer (which I didn't) But that's ok. So far they always solved any issues that I got. Sure 12h isn't that long. But now more than 36h+ since my complaint. |

As I remember the minimum stake is $1 because they are using $ instead of mBTC, unless there is a way to change it that I do not know. At the moment most bitcoin sporstbetting sites allows you to bet $1 or 0.1mBTC which is suitable to cover all sports lover with low starting bankroll.
You should take a look into the site closer to check the exact number of the minimum stake. Good Luck
Well I searched trough the site and didn't find the description for the minimum bet value. If to "look closer" means "to deposit" in order to check that, I won't do it But the site looks good. At least for football (soccer) they have live betting with a lot of martkets to bet. Thanks for your answer! |

Probably you need to wait for longer time at weekends, just like at other places with manual withdraw. Usually when it comes to weekend then it will be processed a bit slower because the one who are in charge to verify your withdrawal is on his/her holiday.
It should be a good learned lesson for you, next time its better to request withdrawal in working days only.

withdrawals aren't instant in onehash and they process them manually
I tried withdrawing two times and both of my withdrawals took 8-14 hours so I guess you should be paid really soon if your request was 12 hours ago
Thanks for your answer. I knew cashouts aren't instant, so I was wandering how much time should I wait. Btw I'm still waiting for the cashout  Will update this post when I receive it |

I really like betting at Onehash too, beside that I had some annoying troubles betting there on the last months, and complained to support through website contact button and they never did the right thing. I am a user of Onehash for long time.
First problem was betting on a match that I won, and you returned my bets because you have put the same team playing 2 matches at the same time (the one I betted really happened, the other ofc not)
Some days later I made a bet on a match, and few minutes later I realized that one of the soccer teams wasn't the correct one. I'd lost my bet anyway, if the teams were the correct ones. But in this case you haven't returned my bet.
Reported both issues to support, again through website chat feature, and in my opinion they didn't the right thing. That's why this time I came here to report.
Never lost my money in a certain way because they return the bet value. But this kind of issues should be checked more frequently
Update: they solved my issue about the bet on draw for Tottenham U19 - Monaco U19.
