On July 28th, I withdrew 132.6596 USDT from my Bitpapa account. They asked for my relation to Bitpapa tron address and job details, which I provided. However, since then, my account has been frozen—no withdrawals, no trades. I have a coin that keeps dropping in price, and I've already lost around 5,000 USDT because I can't take any action. I even requested that they delete the coin from my account just to regain access to trading. Is there anything I can do to recover my lost money or file a complaint? With a trust like that and a payment method that can be reversed you will have more luck registering in a P2P marketplace and doing the deal there.
