So when doing lots of sending and receiving with this ponzi isn't that bad because your wallet hasn't had time to sync after alot of confirmations?

Can I get some advice on sending multiple payments to this and other ponzi sites?

Say If I have 5 btc in my wallet and I want to send  5 lots of 1 btc.

At the start of a round should I just do them one straight after another? Or is that bad because the network hasn't synced and my balance is still pending confirmations to update.
