Beginning Monday, October 27th, we will no longer be able to accept any more Germany based credit card orders. For our customers from Germany, please create a free PayPal account, attach your credit card to your PayPal account, and make all purchases through PayPal to successfully submit an order. Thank you and we apologize for any inconvenience.

We have decided to create a coupon code for those who read the forums but are not on twitter, so here you go! Use coupon code FORUM at checkout to receive 2.5% off all orders of 1.0BTC or more through the end of the month. Coupon expires October 31, 2014 so get your orders in now while the price of Bitcoin has dipped. Happy Friday!  Smiley

I also apologize if I have made a mistake and this is not a phishing email, however, I only received this at one email address when I have 2 different accounts with 2 different email addresses (one personal and one business account which I am posting from now). And no offense meant if I am wrong, but the improper grammar seemed suspicious as well. The link provided appears to be bitcointalk.org/Java however hovering over the link shows it is actually an "http://[Suspicious link removed]/..." link. This just sent up red flags to me.

Hide your email so that you will not receive any phishing email.

Actually, I advertise my email in my post because it is a point of contact for my business. I am simply trying to make the administrators aware of the emails "being sent on their behalf." Thank you for the advice though Smiley

Sorry for posting this here, but I cannot for the life of me find any way to contact support/system admins. I have just received a phishing email and want to bring it to the administrator's attention. The following is a direct copy/paste of the email I received. Whatever you do, DO NOT click on ANY of the links!!

has anyone tried this site already, im debating..

Actually, we had over $4,000 in sales last week and had to refund them all because our business violated the Terms of the credit card processor. A few more have come in this week since the massive refund using PayPal as a credit card processor now, but we are more than happy to let anyone else who has used the service successfully speak for us. Aside from the massive refunding, everything has been smooth so we believe you should be able to find some positive feedback. Smiley

If you do decide to use our service, be sure to check Twitter for a discount code released this morning!

For those who didn't notice we changed the OP, our credit card processor is now PayPal. When placing an order, use the "Pay with PayPal" button which will redirect you to a log in page. Under the log in fields, there is an option to pay with a credit/debit card.

Goodluck with your project. Smiley

Yes, good luck!  The vendor, if they are honest, is going to be having a battle with Visa, Mastercard, etc every time there's a claim by a dishonest buyer that no good or services were received from the vendor.  It will be interesting to see how this plays out.  It might even make new precedent, or at least end up in Yahoo News!

Yes, this has been on my mind since I started this a couple weeks ago. I have been keeping meticulous records of Bitcoin addresses and TX ID numbers when shipment is made. When a chargeback comes in, I have a set amount of time to respond and defend myself and a payment is not just automatically taken from me. So far, my customers have been happy and most of my business has been repeat business Smiley

Shipping in 5 business days ? LOL

Good luck with that !

Actually it says depending upon the amount. Nothing different from Coinbase there. Once the payment processes, it will ship immediately if it is on hand.

Coinbase offers instant buys.

Right, but they do not allow "pay with credit card" buys.

Okay, after a small hiccup with my previous credit card processor I have rolled out a new website. Being brand new, I have labeled it beta because I am still testing exactly how long the new payment options take to process payments. As before, Visa/MasterCard/Discover/American-Express are accepted and have added a PayPal payment feature. Also, any feedback about the new site is certainly welcome.

Another circumstance I have just come across:

If an order total is over $25,000.00 USD I need to get prior approval before my payment processor will approve the order so please be sure to email me ahead of time so I can get the necessary approval. I would assume most orders of this size will be custom orders which I will simply issue a personal invoice for, but wanted to be sure to share the information as I become aware of it.

u have PM

Just so everyone else can be made aware:

The issue here was with a non-US credit card. I have confirmed that most non-US issued credit cards DO work with my payment processor if they have a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American-Express or JCB logo. If the credit card is issued in a country other than the US, be sure to put "00000" as your billing zip code to ensure the order processes. Additionally, if an order fails to process it could be due to a currency conversion issue with your credit card issuer (my payment processor only accepts funds in USD) so be sure to contact your issuer if there are failed attempts and 00000 was used as a billing zip code.

U accept only US customers or worldwide ?

It should be worldwide. Per the payment processor, "works with any US-issued and most non-US issued cards bearing a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or JCB logo."

EDIT: I say 'should' because I have not had any overseas customers yet. Also the processor says if your international card does not process, contact the issuer because there may be an issue with currency conversion since payment can only be received in a USD amount.

one more thing i dont see to specify on your website, where does the buyer enter his BTC wallet address ?

There is a note about it in the 'About' section, but once you place an order in the cart there is a section to "Send a note to the seller" (I believe is the wording) and I indicate to enter it there along with an email address. It helps to keep all of the info together until I can finish processing the order.
