nah just quotes that nefario was the instigator to get HMRC to decide on UK Tax decisions. as you can read by the very link you provided. HMRC were not in the building and tax was never the topic.
 
 
Where is HMRC coming up? All I know is that FCA was there and they claimed exactly that http://blog.coinfloor.co.uk/post/78224752529/coinfloor-attends-financial-innovators-summit  There, Nefario had a chance to talk with FCA representatives, the Treasury, the Number 10 Policy Unit, the Department for Innovation and Skills and Metro Bank last year.  Cool

especially the other reason. that pic is reference to these guys suggesting they were in number 10 to discuss tax ruling. when infact it was just a tourist photo opportunity outside number 10 and that tax meetings are not done in number 10. they are done in the HMRC HQ or parliament.
