1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][BUCKS]💰GameBucks💰|POS 3.0|Low Supply|No Premine, ICO or IPO| on: October 18, 2019, 03:56:37 PM
I have been following the project for a long time and whether the faucet is still available or is dead ? because I can't access it http://faucet.swagsociety.me.

Better follow official Twitter account https://twitter.com/SwagSociety_me there you will find some generous airdrops every 2-3 weeks.
Also, after I'm fully synchronized my wallet, staking working well.

Excuse my curiosity, Do you mind sharing roughly how much coins you stake and how much you get on avarage in a day/week? i'm just curious how well it goes for all you who stakes and helps the blockchain move on  Grin.

300 BUCKS in my wallet, received rewards from staking:

30.may - 1
24.may - 1
23.may - 1
21.may - 1
19.may - 1

This is so unstable, after 30. May. I have 0 staking rewards until now.
Dev is there any changes in the meantime?

I see no change.

I mean the staking frequency has been unstable since the very beginning.  Smiley
Anyway we can change the unstable frequency in staking? Can dev increase the POS function to be more stable for everyone?

How about i remove our lowest POS difficulty 65556 lock, and update GameBucks to BlackCoin v1.2.5.2https://gitlab.com/blackcoin/blackcoin-more

Not a bad idea. But may I know if the update will introduce a hard fork?

I worry if it will be a hard fork, yobit, which is the only exchange for this coin, may not update their wallet and may eventually becomes a dead pool.

Being delisted on cryptopia....whats next for swag?

Always thought the name and the blog were pretty cool, too bad the development has gone stagnant.

The trading volume went very low also and there wasn't any reason for Cryptopia to keep it listed.

Yes, to bad  Angry. but we still have yobit.net left, hopefully the future can look bright for SwagBucks  Cool.

Do you really believe that a coin that is only traded on Yobit can have a bright future?

No one knows. This is indeed not a very good exchange, but sometimes I could make some very profitable trades on Yobit.

At least Yobit is not like Bittrex or Poloniex that could suddenly change their terms and freeze your funds. I feel more safe keeping my funds on Yobit actually. But of course you should never keep big funds on any exchange.

And although Yobit is popular having many wallet issues for many coins, BUCKS wallet on Yobit is always working well. What a magic.  Smiley

I'm not doubting what you're saying, but how is it possible to premine 200K coins before the fork? That means the fork happened previously.

Yeah they could not premine 200K coins before the fork.

But they can premine the coins after the fork and before the real network launch date.
5  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you use - Windows, Linux or Mac? [POLL] on: October 21, 2017, 04:53:56 PM
I'm still using Windows most of the time.

Sometimes I also use Linux, but only a few times per month. For me both Windows and Linux are good and easy to use.
6  Other / Off-topic / Re: Can anyone recommend a good vpn? on: October 17, 2017, 06:08:11 PM
I use OpenVPN most of the time. It requires me to install the OpenVPN software in a VPS first. But once it is installed properly, it is good to go.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][exchange] alcurex v2.0.1 on: March 03, 2017, 01:52:02 PM
@halibit, please check my PM.

I have sent several emails last month to your support about my missing KARMA deposit but yet no response.

Please help.

EDIT: Finally got a reply from halibit on March 08, 2017. It appears his KARMA wallet is on fork. Will update this post later if he is able to fix the missing deposit issue.

Why all markets say "Wallet Maintenance" ??
9  Other / Off-topic / Re: Holidays on the moon will be possible in a DECADE - but... on: January 25, 2017, 11:39:19 AM
For £8000 I think many people can afford it.

This will be a big business opportunity. I know many companies are working on that. When moon travel becomes popular, the price will go further down.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin Source Code Analysis? on: January 13, 2017, 09:40:32 AM
If you don't trust the developer (probably a stranger for you), why you can trust another stranger who analyze the source code for you?

I think the best way is to learn how the code works by yourself.
11  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: 0.5 BTC GIVEAWAY! TO END THE YEAR IN STYLE :D on: December 31, 2016, 05:48:55 PM
Let's hope for the best.

Sometimes when you don't expect anything, amazing things may happen.

If the OP's site is legit, I think he will still come back and pay.

12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can someone recommend a site to start trading altcoins? on: December 17, 2016, 07:32:36 AM
Can someone recommend a site to start trading altcoins? I'm looking for one that is trusted and has a good variety of coins.

To start trading altcoins, I would recommend Poloniex, which is currently the most trusted one.

Cryptopia should be good enough if you want a good variety of coins, although it is a bit less trusted than Poloniex.

I think you can try Poloniex first. And then if you want to trade more, you can also trade on other exchanges like Cryptopia. No need to put all your money in one exchange.

Android. Smiley

Because the Google Play store has far more free apps than Windows phone.
14  Other / Off-topic / Re: paypal vs Bitcoin on: November 20, 2016, 11:41:29 AM
Paypal (payment processor) and bitcoin (digital currency) who will stay longer on internet?
Also welcome to time travellers for answer.

Bitcoin will stay longer.

PayPal is only about one company. It can disappear if this single company goes away.

Bitcoin is for all people. It won't disappear no matter how many large companies goes away.

The race was definitely underway.

I had witnessed the start.
I was sure of that much.

But what now?
What comes next?

Alright my dear SwagBucks supporters & owners what do you think we should do next?

Here are some suggestions, that i can think of:
  • A MineCraft server with a SwagBucks monetary system
  • Fork copay.io - The Secure, Shared Bitcoin Wallet, to SwagBucks
  • Fork insight - A bitcoin blockchain API for web wallets, to SwagBucks

Do you have any other suggestions, don't hesitate to suggest it.

SwagSociety.Me cross-post

I think you should go ahead to do what are available on the list first.

Back to this March you already had the idea of minecraft server and I even suggested a good name for it, when you promised to send some Bucks to someone (who?) for a winning proposal. Still nothing happens since then.

I want to participate too, just like I did in the last time. But this time it seems you don't accept Jr. Member. So sad.
17  Other / Off-topic / Re: Your favorite alcohol? on: October 08, 2016, 04:29:59 PM
Beer or red wine for me.

Personally I seldom drink heavy alcohol. Smiley
18  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is best smartphone? on: September 11, 2016, 08:03:01 AM
None is the best smartphone except my own smartphone, because I have kept using my smartphone for more than 2 years and it's still running well. So it is already the best one for me. Smiley
19  Other / Off-topic / Re: what email domain do you use on: August 25, 2016, 06:37:36 PM
I use Gmail most often.

It has been stable so far.
20  Other / Off-topic / Re: How Rich are you if 1 Satoshi is equal to 1$ on: July 29, 2016, 10:52:45 AM
If 1 Satoshi is equal to 1$, then 10000$ won't worth much.

And you normally need to pay 10000$ for transaction fee.
