1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Mintpal / Moolah Scam - 5,200 BTC Now Missing!!! - Report Missing Funds on: October 20, 2014, 08:50:24 PM
Sorry for asking the same question once again!!!

Has anyone at all received any messages from Mintpal regarding the zero balances on any coins at all, it does state above the notes box on Mintapl the following

"Account notes will be reviewed regularly, and you will be contacted with either a resolution, or a request for more information"

So i am trying to find out if anyone has received a resolution or an email to ask for more information, at some point they have to start with one account, surely this forum is not full of the last accounts to be looked at in the queue.

I just have this rotten feeling if you haven't got a balance to withdrawal you aint going to get jack shit.

Would love to be proven wrong though

Best of luck to all

Missing coins:

BTC: 0.62
Caix: 200
DRK: 4
Dodge: 400000
Via: 9
VTC: 45

I filled in the form with my SILK and DGB addresses as a test ... these arrived ... but now the form is stuck with blank fields for the other coins and 'withdrawl status requested'. When I enter other addresses and click save they just disappear.

Anyone else got this problem and know how to reset the form?

Anyway to put in a support ticket?

50,000 DOGE to anyone who can solve it for me!

To reset this & withdraw other coins just use this link below

https://www.mintpal.com/security   All you have to do is then use the LOG out tab on the LEFT & then just log back in again, the address bar should then rest

This definitely works as my friend has done this several times to take out other coins

To send a ticket to support just click on the support tab top right...weird thing is the link takes you to a Moolah support page?Huh??

Please send the 50,000 DOGE to this address  D7yaVCXpnoJwCKjPG2E5QXF41HrzkrFPyg

Thanks, but same problem ... I log back in and all remaining coins have blank address window with 'Withdrawl status requested' ... when I fill them in and click save they disappear and go back to blank boxes Sad

Any other ideas? 50,000 DOGE still up for grabs.

Thats very odd my friends got most of his coins on the way to him doing it this way...must be another balls up on Mintpal then...did you try the support ticket way??

You can still send that 50,000 Doge if you like LOL

"MintPal is currently down for a number of necessary changes and fixes. A separate method of withdrawing funds will be made available on October 16th, 2014."

Well thats just great but like me & many others not so good if the coins you did have are not in your balance

Then what

Hi All

I just want to let you all know that i witnessed a very large sell of LTC on CEX.IO today at 1200GMT.

Approx 2230 LTC was sold down as low as 0.005, to me this seems to be a good part of the missing coins from Mintpal, i have reported the transaction to CEX support & they are looking into this for me & i hope for all of you too.

Also on cryptsy last night a huge volume of Darkcoin was sold...again i believe this is someone dropping the coins to BTC to gain a quick exit from the coins obtained from Mintpal.

I would also like to add the coins i have lost to the list

BTC 0.7
LTC 15
DRK 28
PND 2.5 million
Karma 2 Million

I cant be certain of the exact amounts as the 8 decimal places would be impossible to remember, so i have just used whole figures.

It may be best for all of us to keep a good eye out on all other exchanges for strange sell offs so we may at least stop the person who ever does have the missing coins obtaining the BTC from there sell, CEX will freeze the account if it is proven that the LTC sell witnessed today is of a suspicious nature.

My last question would be....How the hell did Mintpal not do checks on Moopay before agreeing this deal...surely they must have access to information that Moopay was in financial trouble before they handed over the personal details of all the accounts held on Mintpals records

To be honest Mintpal is as much to blame as Moopay is.

I am certainly not going to hold my breath waiting for the coins to be returned to me as i honestly think this is going to be to much for Mintpal to overcome

I do hope i am proven wrong
