i got a hyper wallet...ive been doing some things with it and i placed %appdata% in the correct folder. my wallet still says out of sync.  also i've made a withdrawal transaction and its not showing. what should i do?

it says i have a pending withdrawal request but i put a bitcoin address as my withdrawal address.  how do i cancel my request so that i can get a deposit via hyper withdrawal?
