I just reinstalled my wallet. Is there a zip file that I can download to sync all 3 years?

My wallet generated (mined) two transactions last night but it says "unconfirmed -1 of 4 confirmations, generated but not accepted". how often does this happen? my coins have been in my wallet for around a month and this is the first time seeing it happen. do I avoid locking my computer? or is it just unavoidable?

I was wondering if the minting is based how frequent you log in on your wallet or is it based on how long your wallet is minting. e.g. would minting 24/7 get more coins than logging in once a day.

The weight of your coins is not increased with time anymore. So the chance for your coins to stake after 15 days doesn't increase anymore. cool that's very helpful. I was wondering my wallet needs 140K blocks remaining. If I were to put xst in it can i start staking for would i need to finish catching up before I can stake?

Can someone explain to me the follow? I'm a little confuse. I'm new to the whole bitcoin/alt coin thing. PoS interest: 20% annually Coin PoS age: Min. 3 days / Max. 9 days / coins stop aging at 15 days 3-9 days before we get stake? and we stop getting stake at 15 days? Does that mean we have to keep transferring it to get more stake?
