Hello!
We will have to stop accepting new orders until a new version of CLOUDMINR.IO is made from scratch. Our developers have estimated that it may take 2 - 3 weeks.
What we can tell now is that we have been hacked, and the hackers were able to access our source code and database, as well as editing it. Right now we cannot be sure that the payout addresses are the correct ones, as well as emails and other data. We do have backups but we need to know when exactly when the hackers gained access to our server.
Part of the bitcoins went to hackers addresses instead of our own payment addresses. Currently we are looking for any logs related to the hack and estimating the losses.
We need to create a new website from scratch on new servers as hackers usually leave backdoors for later access.
Stay tuned. The website should appear blank with a similar warning text to this announcement soon. If it's changed, please do not trust it.
Hello Cloudminr And about orders from today ? We will keep to receive profit ? I made an order .. can I have my BTC back then ? Thanks for your feed back Please let us know your invoice code here on in private messages.

Large unconfirmed transactions are not shown on blockchain.info, please use an alternative. You can see on blockr.io that we did send the 314 BTC.
Did not realise that... saw the coins in my wallet this am, many thanks double spend Warning! this transaction is a double spend. You should be extremely careful when trusting any transactions to/from this sender. 91974379 91973038 https://blockchain.info/tx/6c2d39df4d5ac78fa486ad441ed844caa9e9e7f1e36e4ae073b9784fbb8b8f1dWhat does it mean? Absolutely nothing. It took a lot of time to get confirmed because of unconfirmed inputs, so we decided to double spend and re-do, however it got confirmed. That warning will go away very soon.

guys can someone help me please? my friend buy 0.12btc (100GH/S) he sent 0.12btc,but cex.io have fee,and to address is received only 0.1999 btc...how he can do now? sent 0.0001 btc or what? (because he didnt receive 100ghs because not full price.,only 0.1999 btc..help please
For begin lets him check status on order in his Dashboard. Orders is still available and on Pending or not? I guess he need just to send sum what miss for pay full order. After it his contract need to be activated. If still is not need to open support ticked and explain all so they can fix it manual. payment is still pending.... I believe your issue has been solved by yourself now. You sent 0.0001 BTC and it got confirmed, right? ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Just checked your issue with no payouts too: you haven't received the payouts because you re-invested before the payouts and there was not enough time for you to mine the 0.001 BTC minimum.

No idea what's going on. We've been paying out as usual. Last payout was on April 26th for over 127 BTC. Everyone with a valid payout address, a balance of over 0.001 BTC and no automatic re-investments enabled was paid out. Most of the complaints are because the users re-invest soon before the payout and then complain of no payouts. Which is logical as their account balance is below the minimum of 0.001 BTC. Our payout address: https://blockchain.info/address/1CMR18ds3W4tz3MceN7wkm4NsaFW9jxvk9Note: We have disabled the automatic auto-reinvesting for unattended accounts.

Thank you for posting this. We double checked our support requests and there were no valid complaints of no payouts. Only cases of missing payouts are when user re-invests their account balance before the weekly payout and there is simply not enough time to accumulate more than our 0.001 BTC minimum payout amount. Everyone is free to monitor our payout address: https://blockchain.info/address/1CMR18ds3W4tz3MceN7wkm4NsaFW9jxvk9

i read in another topic that pbmining and cloudminr.io have same owner.. and now i read teraboz and cloudminr have same owner is he owner all cloud mining farm ? ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) We also have read that we are the same people as Hashie and Hashprofit. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) It is understandable that people try to find correlations and similarities between the services. We would like to confirm that we are not in any way related to any other cloud mining service / ponzi scheme that has either disappeared or is still running. The terabox email has been copied from us. We write our own emails. It's flattering to see that our competitors admire us though!

devthedev handled our signature campaign professionally. He ensured that necessary amount of coins is always available in the escrow address and made the payments in time. Top notch communication.
We've paid out 2.7895 BTC through devscrow and would easily trust him with larger amounts in the future.
Thank you!
