Coinbase has loads of issues nowadays.
For example: I can't buy/sell bitcoin because it says my account is not complete. (In reality my account is verified and complete, and the issue came up after a Euro SEPA deposit. And now they want me to send a small amount again to verify my bank details) For almost 3 weeks now waiting for the support to fix the bug. (If it's a bug). After more than a week they asked me to send some screenshots.
In my father's account: after sending some coins to a BTC address he wanted to initiate another transfer but after confirming the details there is an error message saying he has to set a payment option to his account before being able to transfer BTC. That's ridiculous.
On the other hand Coinbase is simple and works well when it works but now unfortunately it's useless until they don't fix it, so I moved all my coins to another place.

More than 2 weeks later I received the bitcoins I wanted to withdraw. So I don't know what was the reason for the delay but they work quite slow.
|
|
|
After another message with a bit of harsh tone they replied and by now I received the missing withdraws to my wallet.
So I withdraw my accusations, I hope they learned a lesson about better communication.

The payouts are back but not any withdrawn btc arrives in your wallet. What a shame! Of course support is a ghost, it's like speaking to a wall you get no response...
So I agree, this is a scam.
If they give back my stolen bitcoins I'll update my post...

This is incredible!
I wanted to withdraw again, now that the payouts came back, but the amount withdrawn from my balance has never arrived in my wallet. This means 2 withdrawals missing, I sent another e-mail to them.
Anyone else have this problem with the withdrawals?

I have received the missing payouts. Probably everyone else too, but the amount withdrawn from my account is still in Nirvana...
How many email do you sent? How much do you need to receive? Just asking and waiting reply Hi, I sent only one e-mail to the customer service but got no response. The missing withdrawal is about 90000 satoshis, not a huge thing but annoying anyway. What makes me upset is that there is no link to a blockchain to check the transaction. On my page it says withdrawal of the the amount above and that's all...

Hehe, I wanted to set the payouts to X11 coins instead of auto BTC, but the system automatically resets the setting to auto BTC. Today I received 17000 satoshis for the 1MHs X11 mining power. I also bought this as a test so thank God I haven't invested more in the accelerated ROI scheme they advertised to tempt people to buy X11 power. I'm glad I can help the company reach an accelerated ROI. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Yesterday I initiated a withdrawal from my account but the amount has never arrived to my wallet, only it disappeared from my zeus balance...
Too bad, I wanted to upgrade over the weekend. ROI wise it is an interesting product and Dash is a good X11 coin. Not too surprised to see that it is sold out ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif) Any chance it will be back anytime soon?
Don't regret it, I just bought 1MHs X11 for 0.086BTC. My first whole day payout was 25000 satoshis, then 23000, and now 20000 satoshis. I suppose the reason behind the decreasing payouts is the rising Bitcoin value. But if I count with an average 23000 satoshis per day I need 374 days to get my investment back and the contracts are for one year. So this way I don't expect any profit but a loss. The only solution can be if I change the payout from BTC(auto) to some X11 coins and value of those coins will rise in the future... What do you think?

Very disappointing, now that BTC price has risen they should pay more to the users. I hope that the reason for the missing payouts is not this.
But it makes me upset that the lack of communication is so usual in this business. Sometimes I feel like we are dealing with the government or a monopoly like electricity supplier...

After some days my DOGE coins have arrived but then I sold them for Bitcoin, initiated a withdrawal but it's still pending for at least 3 days. I grabbed my "pen" and wrote another message to the support but of course there is no response and no change in the situation. I will come back with a new post if I get my coins finally. But anyway this was the last time I used this exchange...
|
|
|
I think this exchange is dead. Apart from the fact that they are tweeting continuously about the market prices there is nothing happening there.
I deposited some thousands of DOGEcoin to my account but it has never arrived and of course the support hasn't reacted to my mail...
(Some months ago I used this service, it's a pity I haven't checked its reputation here...)

In the morning there were 199 pages of this thread and now there is only 197. Does anybody knows which comments have disappeared?

I understand the various feelings about this site but I would like to ask you guys to put efforts together and try to find out where the traces go. If you think this was an inner job or a hacker from outside you can help proving it. Please help reveal the truth by tracing the given btc addresses (if it is possible anyway).
You can call me an idiot for investing here I don't care.
So: I found that some of the addresses given by the admin have transactions for about 2 days ago while the main address given with 871 BTC-s is just slightly older than 1 day old. So we can call it suspicious but I'm asking: does anyone know from what time until what time the hack was made?
Just a repost of the addresses:
