1  Economy / Speculation / Re: Genuine rise in price, or bull trap? on: January 15, 2015, 03:52:41 PM
I think I agree with the people who are suggesting this is the bouncing period and we will see a little lower in the next few days.
2  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is there a way to earn 50$ in a month from faucets ? on: December 22, 2014, 06:23:43 PM
It's impossible I don't think you could earn that amount from a faucet in 6 months.

Sure if it's actually legit & has been tested & proof of recovery but is he a actual registered Doctor? This sounds all too skeptical to me.

I'm assuming you are using the free version of the book...which doesn't include the videos....well this youtube channel has some videos based on that very same book. It's good for extra help.

https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLCHnubFzFwjJVEvQk-FuEynAuwGV_4BNS

That's the link & that's what I started to learn off around 6 months ago. He has 37 topics to go through from setup to more advanced concepts.

Of course I would recommend the book you are currently studying as its probably the best FREE resource out there...there are other books which might be a little bit better but for starters learn what you are already learning as it will give you the basics which you can then pretty much self learn in the future if you need to do a certain thing within your program.

I like your idea with the raspberry pi thing wish I thought of that...thats a fun way of trying out your code and having fun whilst doing it.

Wish you all the best & good luck...learning python will be the best thing you've done in awhile!

EDIT: If you are not familar with the cmdline: then he also has some tutorials on that which the book goes over right at the start! It can intimidating if you just started to learn Linux. The raspberry Pi uses the terminal which is found in any Linux distro...it's basically a cmd line which you find in Windows.

6  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you think 1.00 BTC will worth more than $10,000.00 USD at any time in 2015? on: November 07, 2014, 03:31:49 AM
No, but I do think it will hit four digits and stay there this time around
$10k in 2017

What makes you say that? I want a detailed response and not "I just know it"

If this is purely speculation then...you should be ashamed of yourself for getting peoples hopes up....it can have a devastating effect when someone is expecting something and the opposite happens.

Pen + Paper and a matchbook.

You still gotta magically import that data from your paper onto your computer without a keylogger fucking you which is impossible if you are infected with one. No matter what you do if you have a keylogger installed and you are not aware of it then you can't find a special way of inputing something....especially these devices which claim to be keylogger proof because you type through a external piece of kit...thats bullshit and acts the same as a keyboard.

You can only take precautions;

1. Anti Virus installed
2. Know what processors are supposed to be running. (clean install & note trusted programs which you install)
3. Install/download anything not from a legit source on a virtual machine through VMware or something similar.
4. Know your filesystem inside out.
5. Use a password manager such as lastpass...good for not forgetting passwords too and is very beneficial....everything is encrypted on sever side.
6. Download Noscript & httpeverywhere extensions & disable javascript on your browser.
7. Don't be a arsehole.

Liverpool vs Chelsea this weekend! Even though Liverpool are in poor form it's still a exciting fixture & Liverpool performed very well against real madrid in the week only losing 1-0.

Wouldn't it be awesome if Liverpool were the ones to stop chelseas current win streak? Unlikely to happen chelsea have been on fire with & without Diego Costa.
