Sorry, but this is not the SolidCoin forum. I'm sure that whatever you want to post can be done there, assuming it exists. If it doesn't, that's not our problem.
So discussion of Bitcoin forks should be taken elsewhere? I guess a forum can be made where a thread will do... hmm...

big hdd's (not really big, though.. as big would mean 1TB+) are as cheap as smaller ones. and SSD's are always more expensive - and the older small and "cheap" SSD's are not as reliable as a small 2.5" HDD for example.

Sure. I think what I am really wondering is if there is any technical reason to have lots of storage on a mining-only rig.

Even tho I only have a little 250GB hdd in my miner, it comes in handy to store my Star Trek episodes Grin

I like the bit about Bitcoin ending all wars. Perhaps a little pie in the sky.
I will continue to stick it to the man by mining bitcoins!

Also I can't wait for 1BTC to be worth 1000 USD.

I'm quite proud of getting 13.1Mh/s out of my AMD Zacate APU.

Now just gotta get the gfx cards in there. Hurry up mailman!

Like some of the other posters I've seen in this thread, I would like off nubby-hold so I can post in the SolidCoin thread. I've been lurking for quite awhile and have been mining and learning about Bitcoin for a few months now, mostly on IRC.

Thanks!
