1  Economy / Reputation / Re: dkbit98 is Abusing DT power on: November 09, 2020, 05:20:42 PM
I am part of the team, the website got hacked and got out of control, team had to close it and because there wasn't safu, we lost some money to the hacker, well even big exchanges got hack, and where ever there is fund there is a hacker, after all that we found out it's useless to keep it on and team collapsed, it is not my main business here, I thought come back and spread some awareness about trusting and even made some thread about don't keep the fund in exchange, and after that bitmax exchange got out of access, I'm happy if I could help even a few people to have their fund safe, hot wallets are not safe and in computer world nothing is 100% safe, every website could have an entry, it's just about the time and technique.

Interesting story, especially the part how you never posted anything in bitcointalk forum or explain how that happened.

Please prove ownership of any Bitcoin address you used in forum for sending bounty payments in 2014 and 2015.

Or maybe send a message from info@luckyflop.eu email

Sites owner is a bit of a nut job, if you piss him off he may play games. I stopped playing there when he lied about a promo, even stopping by the table to tell us we would earn. Next day he changed the requirements and denied talking to us.

Withdrawls would usually be within 24 hours though. No idea how the site stays active.

Same here, 504 error.

Didn't know they were switching to play money and I don't see what would be the point of that. I tried to play there multiple times but there was zero activity, only bots abusing freerolls. So gave up about month ago or so.

Try contact admin at info@luckyflop.eu

We don't have access to the website, not the email address of that domain, I was part of the team and didn't post here often as it wasn't my responsibility, after the hack team collapsed and we don't talk to each other any more due to the struggles so that I ask him to send btc from his bitcoin address, any way I'm sorry if I offended any one here, and I'm sorry if I have offended you too, I'd remove this thread after 24 hours even if you don't remove the feedback, may be it was necessary for me to understand I need to focus on other things but here, and I wish you the best in your path.

Ok Coolcryptovator , I don't think that ever happens, it seems like dkbit98 would never do that, Anyway thank you for the chance to let me part of your campaign, I remove my signature and you can replace me, I hope the best for the Bitsburg website.

Please explain, I removed and changed my feedback many times before, and I like to hear nice stories.

I am responding here since luckyflop is in one of my campaigns. Just gave him a chance since feedback was neutral. But it seems now feedback becomes red and I think it's quite reasonable. luckyflop's explanation isn't much clear to me. So according to my campaign rules if someone gets negative feedback from DT1/DT2 during the campaign will be removed without payment.

I am giving 24 hours to luckyflop to remove his feedback by convincing dkbit98. Otherwise I am forced to remove luckyflop from my campaign.

Ok Coolcryptovator , I don't think that ever happens, it seems like dkbit98 would never do that, Anyway thank you for the chance to let me part of your campaign, I remove my signature and you can replace me, I hope the best for the Bitsburg website.

Could you at least explain why after 3 years of absolute silence, instead of continuing with your posting habits of poker/your website related stuff you suddenly post as if this is a personal account? There is most certainly a radical change in the posting habits and quality

I simply didn't want to be on this here for a while, and I get back to post some other things, LOL didn't think some newbies GOT DT power to tag everyone like it's a game, It wasn't used to be like this before, I expected some of the old staff posts under this thread except some ordinary people but it seems like they are too busy.

It wasn't very long that I created a topic about Bitbns exchange, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5284337.msg55450330#msg55450330 , and then this guy dkbit98 Got mad when I said you can just move on if you don't like the thread and he/she acused me that I have bought this account https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5284337.msg55451039#msg55451039 , I tried to neglect it and don't open scan acusaition againt him/her because of the false accuse , but he/she gave me a nutral feedback and opened a scam acusaition against me which he/she couldn't prove it in here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5284420.msg55453037#msg55453037 , I tried to neglect it too but then I just noticed that he/she has turned that nutral feedback to a negative trust because of Personal animosity it seems like He/She is abousing his/her DT power, Doesn't care about the post history and about how helpful a person could be to the forum if he/she doesn't like the person would give negative feedback , Is that because this guy wants to give more negative feedbacks so that fewer people can join the bounties? or because thinks that he/she got the power to remove everyone that doesn't like? Do the right people get the DT power or just some newbies with higher ranks?
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you determine if an altcoin is worth investing in? on: November 09, 2020, 10:29:06 AM
investing is an art, Some kind of instinct like the 6th scene, Not only in altcoin but in anything else, You have seen or heard about reach people in real estate marketing or any other market, the rules are the same, buy low sell high, but to find out the enter and the exit point make the difference between a natural trader and a newbie, I wish I could tell you how to gain that instinct but I can't as it is some inner voice, you can be a professional trader and make some profit but to be a big wealthy person like Trump you need that instinct that only a few have it.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Tezos going to be next Ethereum? on: November 09, 2020, 10:16:56 AM
I don't think it happens anytime soon, Ethereum has been so popular recently with a big market cap, with the release of ETH 2, they change the POW mining way to POS, it makes it waste less power, less energy, and makes it more nature friendly, Tezos has still very serious competitors smaller than ETH , like Polkadot, I think if it wants to beat ETH needs to pass the higher coins in CMC one by one and platform coins like Tron and DOT could be hard to defeat since they are gathering more attention every day with new technologies like IPO that has been introduced by DOT recently, But still if I want to stake some coin for longterm I'd choose Tezos between them.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Uniswap has made it easier for scammers? on: November 09, 2020, 08:24:17 AM
Uniswap is a dex exchange and they don't guarantee anyone's safety, it's a freedom eden, users are on their own at what ever they plan to do on this exchange, before buying any tokens from uniswap try to contact the project team and ask them for their token smart contract, this is the only to avoid getting scammed on uniswap.

No, it doesn't guarantee safety I know that but It can help to reduce scammers by asking KYC from liquidity providers, I am pretty sure it helps a lot, it is not just fake smart contract people could fall in, some people provide very insecure liquidity for some ICOs before the Chef of that ICO adds it, I have seen one of them where the ICO admin himself asked people to don't trade that on UNISWAP because the price is insecure and it has so many differences from real price, I know we can't blame UNISWAP for that but If it's KYC mandatory for liquidity providers, maybe people can recognize it better to buy from which pool, with which name and smart contract and they would be sure that liquidity has been provided from the right person.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be a wise investor on: November 08, 2020, 01:25:44 PM
be a wise investor only happen with so many tries and failures, even big investors do mistakes but they know they can make it up and know how to move on, there are so many books about trading and investing but still, nothing would replace experience , and an experienced investor has lost so much money to be expert, everything has a price and nature doesn't give it to you until you pay the price for it, so if you think you can tolerate losses and heavy losses then you should be good, profit comes with risk and you can only expect big profit where there is a big risk...
10  Other / Archival / Re: DeFi hyip is over? on: November 08, 2020, 01:06:13 PM
As long as UNISWAP has its simple rules for anyone to add some tokens on it, I don't think it's over yet, DEXes are growing every day with new features and they adopt so fast with new hype and then provide a good space for everyone to do whatever he wants, Bonce finance has introduced new pools , called auction pools and people can provide auction on it , and 1inch exchange just announced 5B$ volume today thanks to defi , https://twitter.com/1inchExchange/status/1325413152222289920?s=20
As long as we see Big volumes like this in DEXes it means DEFI is still alive, DEX and DEFI helped each other and now going forward.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Escrowed very important for bounty? on: November 08, 2020, 10:05:21 AM
Of course, escrow is important but more important is to find out if the project is legit and it would worth it to waste time on it? and if yes make sure that bounty really belongs to that project or somebody wanted to make a fake thread about it?
and if you found out all of them then you need to see the pool price, some of the pools are too small to join, and it is very important that the number of participants is limited, I really don't like it when they use stake instead of real numbers and tokens from the beginning, doing bounty could be worth it , if you are doing it in the right way.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Alts Market already bottomed out? on: November 08, 2020, 09:53:06 AM
No One knows that there always could be deeper and also higher , if you are long enough in crypto and have seen 2017, everyone would think altcoins would go higher and there was a bubble that burst in 2018 and 2019, they thought there is no deeper but there was ,always was, some altcoins dead officially and people lost money due to holding shitcoins because they thought they would go up but for most of them never happened, the same thing happened to me too when I held a bag of shitcoins and most of them are dead, but only the best ones could survive , So take out the profit when you can and cut the greed.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Youengine (YOUC) failed on: November 08, 2020, 07:47:46 AM
I think the main reason was:
Quote
John mcafee name was tagged to the project banner
In every project you see this name you need to avoid it , he charged people money to shill their project on his Twitter and some of them were rubbish, I am very glad he can't do that at least for a while, paid shillers need to be stopped, that is not a very effective way for marketing, instead of focusing on the project and their product they focus on marketing, I have seen some of them who promoted scams, and they don't care about if it is a pull rug or not , NOTHING would take place of DYOR and no matter how many paid shillers , shill it, it still could be a scam!
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Uniswap has made it easier for scammers? on: November 08, 2020, 06:36:43 AM
DEX was a good idea and neat but UNISWAP and Bounce.finance these days have been a reason of so many pull rugs, I don't remember I hear so many scams like now before, do you agree with me?

Quote
Not at all. The team that has listed a token on some centralized exchange can also scam exit at any time, so their true intentions matter.

If the source code of the token smart contract is published, then investors can inspect it and find out what part of the funds is allocated to the developers. The team can pull the rug but the maximal amount of their coins is predefined. In my opinion, people should only invest in projects backed by the team they trust.

Yeah pull rugs could happen to centralized exchanges too, like what happened with Succi swap and binance , But how many more do you know of them that happened with tier 1 exchanges?
a good CEX would always check everything before adding some coin or token because everyone would blame the CEX if such a thing happens and that CEX would lose its reputation and volume if it happens again, Especially exchanges that have their own tokens like BNB , KCS , the price of that coins would fall and that is what CEX pay as consequence but what would the scammer of UNISWAP pay as consequence?!
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it over for Binance IEO? on: November 07, 2020, 03:00:37 PM
No, I don't think the IEO concept is over and I don't think the problem is IEO, I think binance needs to remove so many of its shitcoins in its market, low volume tokens that sucked the money of the market needs to be removed, the only good projects with the practical usage should stay, there are so many tokens on Binance that seems like dead but still trading because they are in Binance!
CZ needs to cut the greed and do something about it.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Uniswap has made it easier for scammers? on: November 07, 2020, 02:48:11 PM
The essence of DEX and this crypto market is freedom, so everything you have to do is DYOR. Just like the ICO a few years ago, when creating tokens on the ETH network was too simple, then the scam also increased.

Yeah, when ICOs were so popular that time scam spread too but they figured it out, they created KYC, and then IEO concept borne by binance and binance made KYC mandatory from the participants from the very beginning and then made the numbers of scams less, maybe they should force people who want to create liquidity to pass KYC and make it mandatory? or just create a trust system like here that only high trusted members can create liquidity on uniswap or pool on bounce finance?
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Now is the best time on: November 07, 2020, 02:38:19 PM
I agree with you, bitcoin raised up 50% only in few months during COVID pandemic and it proves it people found out they don't need cash to pay everything and they can use cryptocurrencies, thanks to PayPal now more people would find out and use bitcoin and it seems like USA election has helped it too, The only thing that bothers me in cryptocurrencies is too many scams and no consequences for the scammers, in that way it would be hard to bring trust to this when we hear every day thousands of dollars have been rubbed through scams.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: when is the right time to buy cryptocurrency? on: November 07, 2020, 02:31:20 PM
Unfortunately, this is not easy like that, we have an example of a fall project and rekt in each of those 6 steps, you need to find your own way and following 2 rabbits at the same time just make you lose either of them , If you like ICO, IEO then you need to do research on the company, team, whitepaper fundamental news, etc , If you wanna trade get expert in TA, following hype would get you rekt probably so just don't listen to the moon boys in telegram groups!
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Uniswap has made it easier for scammers? on: November 07, 2020, 01:31:43 PM
We all have heard some of the Uniswap pull-rugs recently, there are some thread on here you can see, I made on of them as https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5281309.0 , but the list is going to be infinite if I want to add some of them daily, Usually, we hear big scams but a lot of them never mention as they are so small in comparison with those big ones, DEX was a good idea and neat but UNISWAP and Bounce.finance these days have been a reason of so many pull rugs, I don't remember I hear so many scams like now before, do you agree with me?

I think these scams could affect on crypto reputation, as many newbies, especially reach ones would like to make a house on firm and safe ground, I wonder how we can help to reduce scams on DEXes?I know with code analysis we can guess that more likely but what about those ones who don't know the coding that much? how we can find out potential scams before they pull the rug?
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: List of Defi scams on: November 07, 2020, 01:08:51 PM

And your list is small!

There are many that are also scams and still require ETH to receive payments!

The truth is that you have to be careful with them...

Of course, the list is very small in comparison of what is really happening in the crypto market, as a drop in comparison with the ocean, but I just wanted to give a very small example to new people some sight about how cruel this market could be and with a simple mistake they could lose limitless money and no one could track them in most cases, UNISWAP had a great idea but made it easier for scammers to pull the rug , same as what balancer did, seems like this story never gets old and every day I hear new things about new scams on those two,
