Still getting this message on the west coast of u.s. when trying to navigate to url.

"Error

The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later.
Error messagePDOException: SQLSTATE[08006] [7] could not connect to server: Connection refused Is the server running on host "localhost" (127.0.0.1) and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432? in lock_may_be_available() (line 167 of /home/gateway/public_html/includes/lock.inc)."

Its weird I still cannot view anything but error message when typing in the url. Is site down?

Payout queue could use some manual payout love, but everything is functioning normally.

Same thing for me exactly. Just that same message. Is the pool site going to be accessible anytime soon?
