I'm now wondering if it's even possible to get rich with bitcoin.

I could never quit my job for paranoia I will loose all my bitcoins and have nothing. I'd almost keep my job just for the satisfaction of knowing that I don't have to stay there.

Slowly. If you don't think about getting rich quick and pay attention you can do well.

Personally I think trading has to be it. It's all about buying for little and selling for more, or selling for more and buying for less. Both of which are actually relatively straightforward, if you know what to invest in and when.

At least that's what I intend to do!

I'm curious as to what everyone here does when they aren't becoming rich from bitcoins. Or is it possible, everyone here quit their job hen they got into bitcoin?

Bitcoin will not die because those that have an invested interest in it will not allow it.

As long as there is vast money to made using bitcoin it isn't going anywhere.

Of course there are ways to end bitcoin, surprisingly straight forward ways to end it actually, but really everyone ill loose and it's more worthwhile to control real money for the time being.

I'm totally new to this and rather paranoid, but surely the "not putting your eggs in one basket" approach is the best. With bitcoin or real money there always exists the chance of something going wrong. To me bitcoins on an exchange hold a greater risk or being stolen or whatnot, but it's a functional risk. That being said, I'm sure you're not the only one with a large amount of money on BTER.
