new swap an absolute "NOGO".... lol, are you serious? we already swapped and built a new foundation. its simply what happens with the "burn" stake.

I am still for a distribution. In this case the whole community profits and no one can complain about it.

Simpy set a distribution date, e.g. dec 1st. You will get a % depending on your coins in the wallet.

And please stop tallking about price dumpage... If you had went this route we would have already had a market building up! Right now no one is buying Hyper, because everyone fears the sudden dump of ONE person.

Why making things so complicated?

The lack of exchange activity is due to the lack of people helping provide HYPER with a use for the coin. Right now it is just me and a couple others while others just want to bitch and moan about it and expect us to hold their hand and make them rich. The real world doesn't work like this, you put in work to get a result you don't just expect the result.

@crazyjack, a third swap is viable yes and would dispose of the excess coins but like you said, not for free. I've personally have about had it with ungrateful people and it wouldn't be worth the stress for me to deal with it again so someone else would have to go through that process to get it done.

I don't think another swap would be beneficial, and we certainly can't just give out all the old coins.  I think doing either would seriously hurt the community, possibly to the point of no return.  I will say, that Cryptodatabase has been transparent, and completed the first swap with every bit of honesty and integrity- and based on his responses on this thread, continues to keep the well being of the coin/community as the highest priority.

I noticed this block explorer needs a payment to keep HYPER active.

Hosting Expired!
Hosting for this blockchain has expired since...

This blockchain explorer is now in the grace period, and will eventually be taken offline.

Hosting rate for this blockhain is $9.9 per month
(approx 0.005 BTC/month with a BTC at $2016.Cool

Is this something we want to keep active? I am guesssing this is looking at the old chain anyway..

Yes, cryptoid.info explorer is something we don't need anymore, if anyone want to extending that is fine, but we are now on new explorer http://hyper.thecryptochat.net/.

Wouldn't this be needed to complete the last few days of the swap?

you say "intelligent accumulation," what other kind of accumulation is there?

I understand the concept of "shaking the tree," but are there instances where the accumulation phase isn't shaking the tree?

Hello everyone! I'm pleased announce that HYPER is now open for trade at coin-swap.net!

https://coin-swap.net/market/HYPER/BTC

Happy trading!!

Wow. Sweet. Having coinswap onboard is really neat! Will trade there instead of bittrex, much nicer interface:-)

This is really awesome!!!
However, this is the first coin that I have been involved with that has been added to another exchange, how exactly does it start to be traded?  I see there are two buy orders right now for extremely cheap, clearly no one will sell that low.  Would we just have to put buy/sell orders up that are comparable to the Bittrex prices?  Either way, Definitely excited for the expansion of this coin.

Also, Remember not to buy HYP on Coin-swap.  Buy HYPER!!!

Get some altcoins.
Exchange altcoins to bitcoins.

So simple  Cheesy

And how to get altcoins ? exchange bitcoins ?  Tongue

First you have to get Bitcoin.  Then sign up on an exchange, I use bittrex.com mostly.  Send bitcoin to your wallet on the exchange.  You now have the ability to trade bitcoin for altcoins on the exchange.

Most importantly, RESEARCH the altcoins that interest you.  Be careful about scamcoins.  There is also a lot of market manipulation in altcoins (pump and dumps).  You could lose 75-99% of your investments very quickly....
...you could also double your investment quickly.

But really, the altcoin market is fun to dabble in, you can trade a lot with little bitcoin.  Just have to have your wits about you!

Bitcoin won't jump like that.  If you are looking for that type of exponetial jump, better start looking at alt coins.

My votes for Electrum.  Keep a cold storage with the majority of your BTC in it.  Have whatever you are willing to trade on exchanges, or buy things with in a hot wallet.

The Electrum Wallet is a good wallet.  Once you buy BTC using a fiat currency (at coinbase.com for example) you can send the Bitcoin to the electrum wallet.  As long as you keep a physical copy of your randomly generated pass phrase, you'll always have access to your BTC!

Head to Electrum.org, they've got all the info you'll want to see.
