I paid $60 for a virtual credit card on 1 November 2014. Two weeks later I have received nothing despite several emails to the company to which I have not even had a response.

Apologies...upon closer inspection the company I have dealt with is Btcinstant - clearly employing the good name of bitinstant for its own devious uses. Btcinstant are clearly scammers.

So where the hell is the money I sent to Bitinstant?

Why has it not been returned to me?

This forum suggests the company is legit. Allowing me to make the transaction, taking payment and not communicating or returning the funds does not sound all that legit to me!

I purchased a $50 card on 1 November (order #121). Would you kindly tell me when it might be dispatched?
