For instance can I send real Bitcoins to my waves wallet and store them there, or is it some kind of IOU like with the Ripple system?

One thing that matters is marketcap . DGD has a total of 1.5 million tokens . LISK has 100 millions .
LISK at 1$ is realistic. It would put it under litecoin. |

Are there any improvements since the Ripple / Stellar fight? What is the roadmap @stellar? Why is Stellar better than Ripple? Any new tech or just a new project after he dropped Ripple to make some more money?
I am not shure why I should trust this project after the big Ripple armajeddon dumping event? This jed guy is making thousends of $ with dumping his XRP every day, he is hurting the average joe's pocket. I mean yeah it's hes right to do this, because he was the founder of Ripple. But a lot of people lost much cash, and now this rich guy is coming with the initiative to make the rich bitcoin holders even richer? I don't get it. And what about the promised XRP compensation? (Which I either way can not participate because I had my XRP on justcoin and dumped about 200,000 there (which is alot of money for normal people))

Guys. The lisk trading is risky before the mainnet are up. Any one can reverse the passphrase and get back the account.
High risk / high reward right? I think with an escrow guy who has good reputation it is not so risky |

This is it? We hear no more updates from the justcoin team. They can vanish in the WWW and are accountable to none? Everywhere you can read about the justcoin shutdown because norwegian banks will not support cryptocurrencies in the future. I do not belive this version of the story. I think they are closing their business because they are missing around 300,000$ user funds and do not want and can not take responsibility for this. They hush up the fact that they are still guilty around 23% of users XRP. In my eyes they are thieves if they don't pay back these funds
