Amex Serve closed, in desperate shape
Last week my Serve account was closed, siting a breach of terms. After multiple phone calls to American Express, they really could not indicate what I had done to deserve the closure. What's worse, is that they have yet to confirm if they are sending back the funds, which consisted of my total fiat worth.
