For now I can see that you have complaints about:
1. View of the game:
I showed 5 version of the same game in 5 different views. For everyone it's working and you are the first person who is complaining about it. My suggestion is to check your resolution or check it in different browsers.
2. Losing bets due to some delays in the system:
As I can see you were registered 4 days ago (so I'm not sure what answer you are waiting for 1 month) and didn't make any deposits, just played for fun and received free money from promotion few days ago.
3. Regarding live chat support:
We are using service of our support from game provider. Guys are making awesome job without any doubts. And we basically don't care what projects they are also supporting. Main thing is that they make our own things as good as possible. Also not sure what is wrong here, if you are getting answer within seconds.
My own personal thought: it all looks like you are trying to blame us without reason and trying to make it publicly. Unfortunately it's not working. And once again - if you want to arrange any REAL issues you have, write me PM message and I will solve everything directly with you as soon as possible.
