I would prefer Tethering instead of a Pocket Wifi because Data Cap in Pocket Wifi is at 800mb unlike in Tether, it would depend on the user's plan like for me, I'm using Globe Plan 1000 that means I have 3GB data usage. This is higher than the Pocket Wifi.
