Any thoughts on how much coin Masternodes will require and what their reward structure will be?

Are Masternodes, or their equivalent implemented yet? I saw a tweet saying it will be 10000 BIS, but nothing else anywhere.
What will their rewards structure be? X% of Block rewards? Some new ones split PoW and PoS rewards into two seperate piles.
