I agree with the above mentioned statements, my only point of contention arises concerning donations solicited on behalf of the furtherance of a completion date for zerocoin. That sucked dudes. Investors? They've probably been making money all the way up and down trading the swings, due to the market cap regardless of actual functionality or completion possibility. Thats all I really want to say about that lol. I think the main point to be championed is regarding any development of additional functionality for I2p, that is friggin' amazing. An exchange? Currency tokens? Games? Discussions? More cool stuff with the mesh, its super interesting. You start to combine those things with an easy to build/implement self-contained node and the uses look super sweet. It starts to get difficult to say the cons outweigh the pros for deployment of the technology in interesting locales. my /0.02anc
Another good point, the people that donated got fucked pretty badly myself included, thekozitwo in particular. Still i think Anoncoin is the most promising anonymous coin with the soundest approach to privacy and the coin with the largest i2p presence.
True. I think that no coin has yet achieved the holy grail of provable anonymity, so it's all still in play. The only thing out there that looks to have a superior approach to anoncoin is the zerocash project, but those guys have been quiet for a while now.
