Holy shit we just passed 1million usd volume in trades today!!!
Well it's about time, would be good if waves can maintain or surpass that kind of volume everyday. The Tidex exchange is obviously being manipulated by the same bot buying and selling to itself, otherwise you wouldn't be seeing over 600BTC in Waves volume on Tidex and 200BTC on Bittrex and less than 5BTC on WCT which is a superior token. discussion may be opened on this point. anyway 200 BTC volume on BITTREX is already a pretty good volume. volume doesn't matter but the price. after years of experience trading in crypto, there is one thing i've learned that kept happening over and over. tokens with about 100m supply won't have good value. you just think you have enough because you have thousands in your bag. Ethereum has 90 million and will be 100 million soon. IOTA will have trillions tokens wait till it launches. Your point?? Agreed, and like ETH Waves actually has its own DAO in WCTs that unlike the DAO disaster on ETH will not only be unhackable but will actually serve multiple functions from crowdfunding to regular asset distributions etc. WCTs are the heart and Waves are the blood. And the brain would be this thread...

awesome work guys!
All the pieces are slowly falling into place. Now bring on the DEX, BTC and Fiat Gateways and get some ICO's started so we can finally begin the party marathon.

any one with zotac 1060 mini? whats the hashrate? any heat issues? only 1 fan.
Would also like to know. Getting cheaper in my country. 1060 seems to be pretty cool compared to 1070 and 1080 I bought one 1060-mini to test it out, and it performed almost the same as a dual-fan card. Almost.. I found it hard to control the heat from a "max out OC", it was running too hot and too stressed out for my likings. Then again I did not test it fully out with normal clocks or under clock (I was not going to use it that way). I swapped mine for a dualfan and since that I bought 24 more 1060's. Rock solid setup, 5 cards pr rig and they are running maxed out OC with ver. 0.2.0b miner, and they are using "solver 0", temps 65-68c. 300~5 sol pr card (3bg) are my results and exp with the 1060's. Thanks. Will go for the dual fan. I must add: I'm in a cool environment, and have very good ventilation where the rigs are located. 3gb 1060 runs @ 300 sol? Not too shabby! How many sol's at factory speeds?

Hey shirkan what OS? I use Lubuntu 14.04 , i had some issues with 16.04 so go back to 14.04 which is waaaay easier for me. did you install CUDA 8 correctly?, try uninstall your current driver, install CUDA 8 and the driver provided with that version of cuda, and try there (i know it's old as fuck!) if it is no go, update the driver, but only if it does not work. check if you have libOpencl.so.1 and the proper symlink, most zcash miners will want that i have this intalled (it was necessary when i used ethereum and it is on my miners): sudo apt-get -y install software-properties-common sudo add-apt-repository -y ppa:ethereum/ethereum sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get install git cmake sudo apt-get install libcryptopp-dev libleveldb-dev libjsoncpp-dev libjson-rpc-cpp-dev libboost-all-dev libgmp-dev libreadline-dev libcurl4-gnutls-dev ocl-icd-libopencl1 opencl-headers mesa-common-dev libmicrohttpd-dev build-essential -y
I had to also do this because i got GLIBC errors: sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntu-toolchain-r/test sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get install libstdc++6
also upgraded gcc and g++ 4.9 (dunno if it is required for EWBF but without it nheqminer did not compile and i was using nheqminer at the time, so i have it (if you install gcc-4.9 and g++-4.9 remember to replace the symlinks because it will still be pointing to the older one). again i am not sure it is necessary, i only tell you because i did it before and it could be part of the problem. Cuda version I use: release 8.0, V8.0.26 i know it's the beta pre release one, but it works, if it works, don't touch it!! Driver version: Driver 367.44 also, old i know, but it works, so i won't change it unless it stops working. this setup also works (and compile) perfectly with Genoil's ethereum miner and ccminer versions (tpruvot, sp_, alexis78) I don't know what of all that stuff (if any) will solve your problem but at least i give you some ammo to try, if you use 14.04. in 16.04 there is one library that was renamed: libjson-rpc-cpp-dev is now libjsonrpccpp-dev so keep that in mind if you get errors. hope it helps a little . indkt thanks man! I will try it on 14.04 and install libstdc as well. cheers!

If you aren't aware of how to install a driver of nvidia nobody can help you. And there are examples in the zip..start with that..instead of wasting time.
I know how to install drivers and run miners. However, I am having trouble getting this miner to run under linux. If there was a tutorial anywhere on the goddamn internet I could check my steps and see where I potentially fucked up. I am trying to save everybody time here, you dumb piece of crap. Have nothing to contribute? Well, thanks for nothing and stfu Oh no arguments left so you start to insult. I told you exactly what you need to provide for further help but instead you start insulting. Well who is the jerk .you So you will never find help read again, you did provide nothing but bitch talk. I was asking nicely for a tutorial..so dont give me crap now.

could somebody please state the server requirements?
@HEAT TEAM

Heat team - your response regarding the situation in the exchange is needed. You owe your investors constant communication st minimum and this situation is a major shitstorm. After being dropped by c-cex which exchange will add this for trading?? (and your own exchange is not an answer...)
Oh they can't communicate right now. Dennis DeJerk is busy reading up on that JavaScript and Savage Lehtinen tries to compile some final features for the botnet he will soon offer for download as HEAT server node binary. Or Dennis is counting the money they managed to SCAM from the remaining investors who dont have a backdoor like C-CEX!!
|
|
|
C-Cex is showing bad form here. There already have a terrible reputation. The client is out. So for the exchange to put a timeline on development is ridiculous. Very bad business form. In the long run it won't effect anything. Just bad form.
what? Are you serious? Todays HEAT release is a fucking joke! Its Testnet with another name.

Can the spammers just market dump the coin into the wall and leave so it's easier to read the damn thread. No one cares what you think is a scam. Go make your own thread about scam subject, its bloody annoying.
and how would you do that if you had not bought into the ICO via C-CEX?
|
|
|
My guess is that c-cex tries to profit buy buying HEAT tokens cheaply. Trying to scare investors to sell by publishing on twitter that the ICO was a failure. Dubious practice - I would be very careful using that exchange.
lol, nice try newbie account

Will the Bitcoin Gateway be included or is it postponed, as I can't find it yet.
There's partly functional semi-auto Bitcoin gateway pending deployment, however it's still centralized until we can complete the multi-sig parts of the client side BTC wallet. Secondly, I created an asset. Where can I see it? And how do I create a market for it?
These UIs although working had to be disabled for the launch phase and will be enabled next. The API should however give you a lot of options at this phase, although hard to navigate without more example cases so whats different from testnet/nxt now? what to try out?
Wait a day or two for the fixes and the Asset-to-asset exchange is definitely something different from the features point of view. Regarding capability and the tps figures, we aim to have benchmarking tools at early phase so every node can meter their own performance. This benchmark may one day be on par with geekbench I see account balance on exchange page and a random number, then in the upper right corner it say unknown account when i hover over an exclamation mark.
Random number is your HEAT balance right? Unknown account just means your account doesn't have a public key and hasn't been used. For more security it's advisable to not hold funds for longer time on such stakeholder accounts. I made a fresh account so balance should be zero. There are 3 dots showing that something is loading next to the "unknown account" exclamation mark. Havent sent any funds there yet but i would like to set up a wallet. Can I use anything as a passphrase? no, please use " one two treefiddy"
