I had the same problem. I'm missing 5.2 BTC from my bitcoin deposit. I did two bitcoin transfers and the first one succeeded while the second one was not credited on my bitstamp account. I did see that the transfers went through successsfully from blockchaininfo.

It has been more than 24 hours and no response from customer support
