Reading through all of the excitement and dialog about v2 of Mybitmine.com we wanted to make a donation of 0.05 BTC to help with some of the development costs. We hope it will be of use.

so we can get payment by socialcoinwallet who also calls themselves BottingCenter. a site were you have to google to got to different pages. privacy is stuck on everyone can see and cannot be changed. looks more and more like the admin of mybitmine does not want anybody to make any bitcoins unless you are a close friend. admin if you read this, then please do research before you make payment available to such poor scam sites! you could use faucetbox or xapo for example they do small btc transfer, they are established and allow people to navigate the site easily. just try to think before you jump headlong into more very poor decisions. like you have so far!

Disclosure and apology for going off-topic:
My response is being provided as an official response from Social Coin Wallet not My Bit Mine.

Hello,

We are sorry to hear the way you feel. First off, we have never scammed anyone and pride ourself in offering a robust and professional support team across our product line should you find yourself with any questions. A feature you used earlier today already.

You have made it clear to our customer support staff who promptly assisted you via Live Chat that you had questions about our website and were unhappy with your first experience with us prior to registering. We also noticed the complaints in your profile updates, pertaining to our community platform which contains more then 2,200 active members engaging with other Bitcoin users.

From what we can tell your main complaint to us so far has been that you have not been able to find an FAQ page. Something that we explained as being something we would consider and thanked you for suggesting it despite the harsh tone indicating without it we were scammers. A statement which is incorrect.

Id like to take a moment to address some of your concerns and statements about our website,

Mybitmine does NOT force you to withdraw to us. You can enter your bitcoin address directly into their site and receive on-chain payment. Our withdraw option enabled new and existing users of our community to receive fee-free payments, instantly from Mybitmine.

We even pay the withdraw fee's to the blockchain when your coins leave our website. Our user-base is always growing thanks to having a network of partners larger then Xapo and FaucetBox combined (400+ websites & faucets) which feature direct payouts to us.

- Having to use google to find sections of the website
Actually, the forum that you found via google is not linked on the website because it is not yet released, thus there is no activity or link to it. The pages we intend our visitors to access as part of their positive experience are those actually linked on the site. Finding links through google for our internal pages instead of using our provided navigation bar risks you running into future features such as the forums.

- Privacy
From the moment we opened in early 2014 we were focused on the privacy of our users. We apologize if our privacy settings have confused you in anyway while setting up your account. The only public information that is forced, is the profile information related to your Username & Display Name. All other information including your email address and balances are not viewable to the public. In the future we plan to release additional settings to allow your profile to be 100% invisible, however because we are a COMMUNITY website this does not currently sit on our roadmap as useful for our existing user-base.

The owner of Mybitmine has been very open about how much he has earned from his website, specifically the income which his site has earned serving content from a Bitcoin Ad Network we own, and is currently the highest paying for CPM advertising models in our space. He has also explained the funds he has personally invested to bring his website past the "normal faucet" to "amazing game" stage. With 83 pages of users interacting in this thread with excitement of the unique gameplay its hard to find your statements of the owner trying to make it hard for his users to earn money from his game as justifiable.

You have been very quick to make statements here and elsewhere about Social Coin Wallet and Mybitmine which require huge speculation including that the admin of Mybitmine did not 'think' prior to enabling withdraws to our community website, further enhancing our business relationship one that was started by using our Advertising Network. While most people appreciate members of their websites making suggestions it's normally appreciated even greater when they do not assume they walk into a room and understand every aspect of the decisions upper-management makes.

To the Administration of My Bit Mine:
We wish you the best of luck with your upcoming updates. They look like they are paving the way for even more creativity and enjoyment to your active user-base. If we can provide any further third-party services to you as you grow we look forward to hearing how we can assist.

Personally It has been a pleasure watching your site grow from the early beginnings to where it is now. And it surely has grown greatly, I'm still hearing great things from some of the original members I have come in contact with. [Statement from the Director of Social Coin Wallet representing personal thoughts on how Mybitmine.com has progressed]

Sincerely,
Social Coin Wallet

Mine is jsiglin and im in the USA

My wife's is Oriolesrule

Hello,

It appears your wife's account triggered a cool-down that was placed on both of you due to the same issue experienced above (please reference for detailed response). Please make sure when on the site your not hitting 'enter' before your ready to actually submit the captcha, when the captcha is present.

Both of your accounts have been set to zero for the cool-down and can begin solving correctly again.

We will be reducing the cool-down timer by 75% for this website and hope that it will resolve some issues being faced.

I am also having the problem with it saying incorrect captcha every time.  I have restarted by browser, tried on a different computer, and even my phone and none of them are working.

I saw some people were having these issues with no captcha's working but is anyone else still having the problem?  I have not been able to mine for about 4 hours.  My wife cant either

Hello,

I am responding to you on behalf of the captcha provider not as the site owner of this thread.
If you would like to provide me with your username on mybitmine.co and your country I will be happy to look into this and see if we can get it resolved.

Hello Social Coin Wallet,

well, I see your Point. But you'll have to understand all the users, too.
The username is thelinuxist, Country is Germany. As already said, I can't remember doing any brute force or guessing. I have changing IP's however, the Internet Connection I use is a private customer one with dynamic IP and forced disconnect (As in, IP is changed every 24 hours by policy of my ISP).
This put aside, my offer of my Services also applies to you. If you need another ten fingers on a keyboard, mine are readily available.
As said before, it may be an encoding problem. Was just the first thing coming up in my mind, String comparisons in PHP are (if done correctly) binary safe and, thus, bytewise - but if there is a difference in encoding, this usually isn't noticed.
Maybe the other users who are denied are also from non-english countries?
Besides, why do you bother with the traffic from blocked users (= bots) instead of telling them they're blocked and should contact support? Sounds pointless to me, it confuses legitimate users like me (and around 10 others by now in this thread) plus puts unneccessary load on your servers.

Beside all that, do you offer YouTube views from your captchas? A friend of mine is a YouTube Publisher, he might be a customer...

Regards

Hello,

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly.

I was able to find your sessions being served from our ad server in your region without any issues. A session is generated when the web server your browsing reaches out to our API and requests a captcha to be displayed. In most cases this would then result in you seeing the captcha somewhere on the page but does not always mean you started or interacted with it.

20 out of your last 125 sessions were not completed, this means we did not receive a response / solution which could indicate you were surfing the page and then left, never started captcha, or simply just didnt solve it and left after it was presented. This number being rather low is helpful when debugging why a user is not being marked as correct because it allows us to see if duplicate sessions are being created and then mixed up. In this case that does not appear to be whats happening.

74 of your last 125 sessions were submitted to us and marked as correct and valid. This is great!

8 of your past 125 sessions were submitted and valid other then the fact that the answer was wrong. (when compared to some of the more obstructed text captchas this is actually rather low!)

On 12/14/2014 you submitted a captcha claim prior to the timer showing the captcha (it was blank and empty)

On 12/21/2014 you submitted an undisclosed amount of captcha tries prior to the timer showing the captcha (again these were blank and empty)

Due to the activity on 12/21/2014 (recently) your future sessions for an undisclosed amount of time were being rejected. While this might to some appear like a ban, we actually do not consider it that. Our bans are not issued for the early blank captcha solving and they do not drop off quickly, additionally they are network wide. This is rather a simple security measure to ensure the health of both our partner websites serving the captcha, our ad servers, and as a security measure to prevents bots which are attempting to solve the captcha from doing so before the timer has finished.

Because of this temporary cool down period which was triggered, your future solves were automatically marked incorrect as you previously submitted them before the timer finished. This effected your last 14 captchas.

I have already moved your cool down period to zero so that future sessions will not be effected, and I see while writing this line one of your captchas was just marked as successful.

We understand that to provide the most enjoyable experience to end-users whom are using our captcha system on a website, they would like to know the information surrounding such triggers. However our security team has taken what we call The Ghosting Approach. This is a mannerism when targeting users whom are acting in a way outside of the intended use to not be alerted when they are detected or specifically why. This is actually a practice commonly used in popular web platforms including most notably for its controversy over using their version of ghosting, Craigs List which is a popular international classified ads website.

In regards to our advertising platform, the video hosting platform used is up to the advertiser for each campaign. The majority of our advertising partners and advertising agencies which we work with have in the past selected youtube.com to be their hosting platform for the campaign they are running. Advertisers who are looking to increase their video views are not likely to be satisfied with the performance of our video captcha platform when specifically looking at the increase of youtube.com views. While advertisers running campaigns through youtube.com will likely see an increase in their view count, the increase is not an accurate reflection of the actual number if video plays and are not part of our metrics we use when calculating campaign budgets.

We love to receive feedback from both the end users and our partners serving the ads. If you would like to take a moment to PM me any additional thoughts please do not hesitate to do so. We are always working to improve the over-all usability of our captcha system. Our captcha system was designed specifically for use in the Bitcoin field, where majority of our end-users are to a certain level, technologically sophisticated. This position requires us to have certain standards of the captchas being solved as well as the ability to filter out traffic which is breaking the T.o.S. of the specific site they are on if botting is prohibited. We understand that some of our 'features' are not to be appreciated by the end users solving the captchas but it is a requirement to be able to issue payouts of nearly 400% higher then solve media, while still keeping partner websites automation free.

Tried to purchase twice today, both times received 403 error unable to access server resources when uploading banner. If you can PM me when this is resolved we will create our ad campaign.
Hi there, There are no problem! and system working!

Site was fresh, instructions were followed exactly. Tried logging out and in, restarting browser and refreshing page (from server and with clear cache). Still, no luck. So it's serverside.
If I'm blocked, it's an error of the captcha network, as I never guess captchas - besides, if blocking users, information on this should be given. Then I could report that mistake.
Photo proof of the entire procedure (or its failure, to be precise) can be seen here: https://imageshack.com/a/HvQz/1

By the way, I'm a programmer myself - PHP, HTML, JS, CSS, learing Ruby on Rails currently. If you need help with that issue or any other part of the game, just PM me (and you've got my email address as well). We'll agree a price (Will work for BTC only).

Or maybe switching the captcha system might be an idea. SolveMedia actually works, just like ReCaptcha. Why reinvent the wheel? Besides they have an (obvious) advantage over your current system.

Forgot to add some debugging info:
Browser: Firefox 34.0.5
OS: Win7 Professional 64bit
System Language: German

Also tried with
Browser: Internet Explorer 11
OS: Windows 8
System Language: German

Any maybe look into encoding. You don't specify one in the form. Just for standard conformism. And perhaps it solves your problem.

BTW, what do you charge for youtube views?   Wink

Hello thelinuxist,

First just wanted to say great name! Also that please understand my response is not on behalf of the website (or this thread OP) but rather the captcha provider.

I will let of course the OP respond to any advantages over the current system and the ones kindly suggested.

As for being blocked, currently there is no reason to assume you are blocked by the network. To date we have had a zero false positive bot detection out of the more then 140 unique domains serving our captchas.

The only way someone is blocked by the network is either by trying to brute force answers/solve without being shown the answer or actually being a bot. In regards to explicit indicators appearing when your blocked, thank you for providing the suggestion of informing them however this is not the route we have taken or plan to take.

As shown by the screenshots provided you did correctly provide the solution the captcha was looking for. Sadly the screenshots do not provide the information we would need to locate you in our system and look into this for you. (Your username and country.) If you would like to provide us with this I can start looking into it. Additional environment issues could be playing a factor that would not be indicated in our logs, regardless I would be happy to start the process of finding the issue your facing.

I have to say that the captcha video about Dogecoin and kim jong un is by far the great captcha known to man.  It is the first captcha that have ever saw that made me laugh. It is like North Korea/ gangnam style/ comic sands all put together; nothing better exists.  MY LIEF HAZ BEN CANGZED!!!1111!!1!1 SO GUD GUUGLED REVEIWS THZ WUT FUND. [...]

error on my part and is always right but i get error  Cry

It doesn't work for me either but I've watched it twice anyway.

For both of you:
When you watch all seven minutes and then try to solve it does not work, but when solving it in under 5 minutes does it?

It sounds like your sessions are expiring around the five minute mark which should not be happening for the longer videos such as this one, in case you decide to watch entire video.

If this is the case, we will work to resolve this for you. This can be tested/verified by solving the captcha in less then 5 minutes. You are provided with the solution after around 15 seconds

Any other issues you guys are facing?

Edit: Formatting

I watched the entire video and it was glorious. You say that the video is not the whole video? If so I would very much like to know where to find the whole thing.

Very happy to hear people enjoying the video captchas!

The entire video can be watched on the page, so as long as you made it to the ending screen you saw the full movie. We however show the captcha answer very early on so your not required to watch full movie, just a few seconds.

We are very excited to see someone comment on this so quickly, did you watch the entire video captcha? We actually stop it before it gets to the main story to keep our average waiting time at 15 seconds or less.

Same problem here. Correct input -> Incorrect verification.

try refreshing the page before you click the video if it has been sitting there a while -cookies expire or something?

Correct, the session can expire if the page is not fresh. Also the captchas change between three styles of
Type this phrase
Type the word
Type the character

You will want to make sure you are doing the correct solve as the same campaign might offer more then one type so it will not be the same answer just because its the same video.
