1  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Looking to buy .022 BTC via PayPal on: September 06, 2016, 06:53:32 PM
I wish there were local places where BTC buyers and sellers could meet in person, in a completely public place out in the open of both parties choosing, to facilitate transactions.  I know there are some who do this, but I haven't found any under an hour drive away from me, unless you're buying in large quantity.

Would like to purchase .022 BTC.  Can pay immediately with PayPal, as I unfortunately do not have accounts with online tellers.  Please reply or PM me if you are interested.  Thank you.

The fact   that you are a newbie and are actually aware that Paypal is associated with scammers does not help your case. You are not looking for a big amount but unfortunately no one deserves to be scammed of any amount so sorry bud  Wink Wink

That's why I'm offering a digital giftcard of the trader's choosing instead where I send first as long as trader has a solid rating.

I would be willing to exchange a $25 digital giftcard from Amazon or Best Buy or any other store the trader prefers for .064 BTC.  I think that would be irreversible on my end.  The trader would have to be a reputable member for me to do this though.

What do you mean by collateral?

I am pretty new to the world of bitcoins, and kind of have an urgent need for .064 BTC (within 12 hours; the sooner the better). I know it's hard to trust someone making their first post using PayPal, but I am open to suggestions if there are any other ways to make a fast transaction besides PP.  All I need is .064, can someone help me please?

Edit: Am open to exchanging $25USD digital giftcard of trader's choosing with traders who have a solid rating.
