1  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 24, 2015, 03:01:08 PM
...
I don't get it.
Do you know who the auction winners will be, at what price they will win the auctions and what they intend to do with the bitcoins?

They will be the ones not buying 50,000 BTC on exchanges.
Get it now?

Sorry,
I didn't know whales used exchanges for these figures.

No, they look for the most expensive & inconvenient way to buy BTC, and then they buy.  Because it's sortofa status symbol with them: "check it, G, I spent more on this Bitcoin than you make in a year lol."

Sorry for my late reply I had some work to handle.

So it is like; Lets use and pay a middleman since I don't need one?

Even though Bitcoin isn't going to the moon at the moment...the finex order book is going there! Grin

13k coins to $212...

Now imagine what you can do with 50k after the auction. I didn´t even take in consideration the coins that will get dumped as a result of panic. I keep telling people that this pyramid will go under $200, but they won´t listen.

I don't get it.

Hello members,

Maybe you should stop bullshit and bearshit.

The total capitalization of bitcoin even at 10 billions USD is peanuts on the global economy scale, so forget any governments or institutions.

Bitcoin is good for B2B not mass adoption but B2B will not use it if it has not been tested extensively.

Order books don't mean shit, exchanges don't publish full order books and most raids in any directions are not placed orders.

At current market price, only professional miners charging maintenance fees and well organized traders are earning bitcoins.
I don't see why they would like to change that until the next reward drop.

The biggest problem with bitcoin is that most people in today’s world don't trust themselves.

I was joking, it does not happen in a lifetime unless you are superhuman fast.
1/2^99*1/2 that is a lot of throws.
They could at least publish the pool luck like any other pool I know.

Sure, like flipping a coin 100 times and get 99 tails, it happens sometime.

What about:
1) They don't have the hash rate they advertise.
2) They don't sign all the blocks they solve.
In both cases this would be a fraud or a hack.
High level techs and managers are on holidays.

Is it even possible to be so unlucky?
