I need to connect to the SP20 via the serial port because the NIC card is not working.  When booting up, the yellow light comes on, but then goes off and the fan stays at high speed.  The GREEN light on the NIC stays solid, even with nothing plugged in.

Please help!

Last week I had to restart my SP20 because it just stopped mining.  I turned it off and back on and it was fine.  Last night it did the same thing but now the green light on the NIC is solid, even when unplugged!
please help!  Should I try a usb wifi (which one is compatible? I have tried two!)
do I need to do the SD card reset?
