Guys I feel like I must share it with you.
After a week or so Skrill refunded me my money and cancelled the transactions. The seller's email is youthapp.de@gmail.com. So if you sent your payment to the same email, contact Skrill, I'm sure it's already blacklisted and you will get your money back.

What happened: Sent 300 euros paypal, he promised to send btc, then told he would do it the next morning, then I asked him to cancel the transaction and send my PayPal back, haven't heard from him
